| Purpose: treatment by NuanganYifei Rehabilitation Act of chronic obstructive pulmonarydisease clinical observation to explore stable (DLS type), and to explore new therapeuticstandardization of traditional Chinese medicine clinic stable COPD rehabilitation programs,through clinically stable COPD (DLS-type) patients has been associated research data(BODE), indications syndrome and CAT score points for the observed indicators to traditionalChinese medicine, rehabilitation therapy as a means of observation and research, to exploreand develop a preliminary specification of clinical Rehabilitation solution.Methods: In the future treatment of patients with stage III COPD were randomly dividedinto treatment group stable (traditional Chinese medicine with rehabilitation group) andcontrol group (TCM group)30cases, a total of60cases, by observing the symptoms beforeand after treatment to improve the situation and BODE score to determine the merits of thetreatment groups.Results:Rehabilitation medicine with total effective rate was96.7%, traditional Chinesemedicine group, the total effective rate was80%, were significantly different (P <0.05)groups. Medicine rehabilitation group with more effective to alleviate the symptoms ofpatients and improve their exercise tolerance, improve their quality of life.Conclusion: Based on the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary rehabilitationNuanganYifei stable (DLS type) clinical observation, a significant effect, indicating that thetraditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary rehabilitation stableeffective, suitable for promotion. |
