The Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Jianpi Huatan Prescripitond For Treatment Of Copd Stabilization Period Patients And Influuence To TGF-β1、b-FGF In Serum

Objective:To observe patient of COPD stabilization period with clinical symptoms, improve lung function and TGF-β1、b-FGF in serum through the treatment of Yiqi Jianpi Huatan prescription，assessment its clinical efficacyMethods:_Select the70cases of COPD stabilization period, randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group33patients, the control group completed32cases. The treatment group received Yiqi Jianpi Huatan prescription combined with western medicine treatment, the control group were given western medicine treatment.To observe patient of COPD stabilization period with clinical symptoms, improve lung function and TGF-β1、b-FGF in serum through the treatment of Yiqi Jianpi Huatan prescriptionResults:1. The clinical symptoms of the patients of COPD stabilization period improved by treatment of Yiqi Jianpi Huatan prescription. The total effective rate in treatment group was93.94%, and the total effective rate in control group was75.00%, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). while improving the patient cough, sputum, wheezing, shortness of breath, and loose stools, and the treatment group improved the control group (P<0.05).2. The pulmonary Function (FEVl%Pred, FEV1/FVC) of patients was no distinct improved after treatment(P>0.05). There was no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05).3. In serum TGF-β1, b-FGF level was significantly reduced after the treatment, There were significant differences between the two groups (P <0.05).4.The two groups before and after treatment of COPD patient safety indicators no clinical significance.Conclusion:1.Treatment of Yiqi Jianpi Huatan prescription can effectively improve patients of the clinical symptoms.2. Treatment of Yiqi Jianpi Huatan prescription can not improve pulmonary function in patients.3. Treatment of Yiqi Jianpi Huatan prescription can effectively reduce levels of TGF-β1, b-FGF in serum.4.
