Study On The Clinical Efficacy Of Yiqi Dingchuan Decoction In Treating Elderly Patients With COPD Stabilization Of Qi Deficiency Of Lung And Kidney Syndrome

Objective: Observing the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Dingchuan Decoction in treating elderly patients with COPD stabilization of Qi deficiency of lung and kidney syndrome.Methods: Selection of lung function for 60 cases of elderly patients with stable COPD lung and kidney qi deficiency in patients with I and II,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 30 cases,control group 2011 GOLD according to the guidelines given western medicine treatment,observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Dingchuan Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine,3 a month observation period.After 3 months of treatment,observe the changes of clinical symptoms,pulmonary function,CAT score and the number of acute exacerbation before and after treatment with Chinese medicine combined with western medicine combined with western medicine.Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,which was better than that of the control group by 76.6%.Observation of the treatment group in improving the clinical symptoms,pulmonary function,CAT score and the number of acute exacerbation were superior to that of simple western medicine control group combined with traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Dingchuan decoction combined with western medicine and Western medicine.Conclusion: Yiqi Dingchuan Decoction can alleviate clinical symptoms,decrease The Times of acute exacerbation and reduce the CAT scores,to a certain extent,improve the patients with lung function,which can effectively improve the elderly COPD stabilization(lung and kidney deficiency syndrome)patients quality of life.
