The Clinical Observation Of Jingyu Tang No.? Curing Avascular Necrosis Of Femoral Head(Yang Deficiency And Cold Congealing Type)

Objective : Through observing change and improvement status of clinical symptoms,clinical physical signs and imaging material of Jingyu Tang No.I in the treatment of the avascular necrosis of femoral head(Yang deficiency and cold congealing type),the clinical efficacy of the Jingyu Tang No.I is evaluated carefully.Methods : 50 Patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head according to the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups,25 cases in the treatment group(the Jingyu Tang No.I group)and 25 cases in the control group(the Bushen Huoxue Tang group).The treatment group,they was given the Jingyu Tang No.I,and the control group was given the Bushen Huoxue Tang.The treatment group was given 1 dose of the Jingyu Tang No.I each time,taken orally twice a day,one time every morning and evening respectively,200 ml each time.The control group was given 1 dose of the Bushen Huoxue Tang each time,taken orally twice a day,one time every morning and evening respectively,200 ml each time,continuous treatment without interruption for 24 weeks.By observing the change and improvement of Harris hip joint function score,VAS score,MRI image materials,clinical syndrome score and clinical physical sign score of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment in the two groups.Results :1.The Harris functional score after treatment in the two groups was greater than that before treatment,and the P < 0.01 in both groups,showing obvious statistical significance,indicating that the hip joint function in both groups was significantly improved after treatment.Harris function score after treatment in the treatment group was greater than that after treatment in the control group,and P =0.003<0.01,showing significant statistical significance,indicating that the improvement of hip joint function after treatment in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.2.VAS score in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the P<0.01,showing obvious statistical significance,indicating that the hip joint pain in both groups was significantly improved after treatment.VAS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,and P = 0.002<0.01,showing obvious statistical significance,indicating that the improvement of hip joint pain in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group after treatment.3.The scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were all greater than that before treatment,and P < 0.01,showing significant statistical significance,indicating that the symptoms of hip joint in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment.The score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group after treatment,and P <0.01 had significant statistical significance,indicating that the improvement of hip syndrome in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group after treatment.4.The total effective rate after treatment in the treatment group and the control group was 96% and 88%,respectively.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was assessed by the rank sum test of the two independent samples in the non-parametric test,U=267.5,z=-0.999,and P =0.318>0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups.5.Comparison of MRI material curative effect between the two groups: the proportion of new bone formation in the Jingyu Tang No.I group was95.24%,in which the proportion of obvious new bone formation was50.00%;the proportion of new bone formation in the Bushen Huoxue Tang group was 83.33%,in which the proportion of obvious new bone formation was 27.78%.The data of the two groups were statistically analyzed by the mid-rank sum test of the non-parametric test(P < 0.05),indicating that the two groups had significant differences in the efficacy of MRI images,and the difference was statistically significant.It is suggested that the Jingyu Tang No.I group is superior to the Bushen Huoxue Tang group in new bone formation.Conclusion :1.Jingyu Tang No.I can significantly improve clinical signs and symptoms of femoral head necrosis patients.2.Jingyu Tang No.I can effectively promote the formation of new bone and repair the necrotic femoral head.
