Clinical Observation On The Therapy Of Glucocorticoid-Induced Avascular Necrosis Of The Femoral Head By Bushenhuoxuetang

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of BuShenHuoXue Tang in treating glucocorticoid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head and to explore its possible mechanism for future clinical avascular necrosis of the drug treatment provides a cost-effective method of targeted.Methods:All 45 cases those were collected from orthopaedic department of Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of TCM were randomly divided into two groups including treated group 23 cases and contrastive group 22 cases.BuShenHuoXue Tang was used in treated group,Xianlingubao Capsule was used in contrastive group,then to compare the two groups before and after treatment in some clinical symptom score and the x-ray examination score change differences.Results:There are quite difference in comparison with pretreatment and post-treatment in treated group and contrastive group and the effect is best in treated group than contrastive group but no X-ray score differences.In the course of treatment had no significant adverse effects on the liver and kidney function and blood as there was no significant effect.Conclusion:Through the clinical study,the effect of the treated group was better than that of the contrastive group.The mechanism may be related to the role of bone cells;to promote collagen synthesis of bone matrix;of body calcium and phosphorus metabolism in the regulation;on the role of endocrine hormone;on the effects of trace elements;of bone formation related to the role of regulator.
