Research On The Service Capacity Evaluation Of Pension Institutions Combining Nursing Care With Medical Care

With the trend of aging of the domestic population,the demand for health care services for the elderly is growing,Thus,the new concept of "combination of medical and nursing care " with Chinese characteristics was born.In recent years,all parts of the country are actively exploring the service model of pension institutions combining medical with nursing care,However,for the rapidly developing pension institutions combining medical with nursing care,the management and evaluation system in China is obviously not mature enough,which leads to the failure of effective supervision of pension services.Therefore,how to evaluate the service ability of the pension institutions combining medical with nursing care objectively and comprehensively is of great practical significance for the improvement of the service ability of the domestic pension institutions and the standardization of management.First of all,this paper uses the evaluation index system of general pension institutions in the national standard " Classification and Assessment of Old Age Institutions " as the framework,Considering the service characteristics of pension institutions combining medical with nursing care,At the same time,the index content of medical service is added,A scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of the service ability of pension institutions combining medical with nursing care is established.Secondly,this paper combines the multi-attribute decision-making methods of intuitionistic fuzzy theory,prospect theory and evidence-based reasoning theory to build a service capacity evaluation model of medical combined with nursing care pension institutions,According to intuitionistic fuzzy theory and prospect theory,the model preprocesses the evaluation data,which not only keeps the uncertainty of the data,but also considers the limited rationality of the decision-maker.Then,we use the theory of evidence reasoning to aggregate the comprehensive evaluation values,and rank the evaluation of the pension institutions combining medical with nursing care.Finally,based on the basic theory and core algorithm of the evaluation model,this paper designs and develops the overall framework of the evaluation system of the pension institutions combining medical with nursing care,And simulate the function realization interface of the system for auxiliary evaluation.Then this paper makes an empirical analysis of three domestic pension institutions combining medical with nursing care,And the Intelligent Decision System-IDS software can be used flexibly to show the evaluation results clearly and intuitively,The results show that it is basically in line with the actual situation of the three pension institutions,which verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the evaluation index system and evaluation model constructed in this paper.
