Analysis Of The Influencing Factors Of Serum Swelling After Artificial Synthetic Patch Repair For Abdominal Incisional Hernia

Objective :To study the influencing factors of serum swelling after "abdominal incisional hernia artificial synthetic patch repair ",to analyze the influencing factors of serum swelling after operation,to make the clinical medical staff prepare the patients in advance during perioperative period,and to accelerate the recovery of the patients.Methods :To study the influencing factors of "abdominal incisional hernia artificial synthetic patch repair" after operation,to analyze the influence factors of 78 cases of abdominal incisional hernia artificial synthetic patch repair after operation,and to collect the patients who were treated with "open abdominal incisional hernia artificial synthetic patch repair" from August 2017 to April 2019.78 patients were screened according to the standard,and the influencing factors of serum swelling after operation were analyzed.According to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal incisional hernia(2018edition)[1],78 cases were selected according to certain admission and exclusion criteria The patients with abdominal incisional hernia were divided into two groups:the experimental group and the non-serum group.The basic information of the patients and the observation indexes before and after operation were recorded.The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software.The age,sex,basic disease,body mass index(BMI),albumin level,postoperative infection,incisional hernia,operation time and operation site were analyzed.Logistic multi-factorial regression analysis further concluded the correlation of risk factors for the occurrence of serum swelling after abdominal incisional hernia operation,and combined with the patient's own condition,the related influencing factors of serum swelling after abdominal incisional hernia operation were analyzed.Results :Among the 78 patients with abdominal incisional hernia,14 had postoperative hematoma,64 had no postoperative hematoma,46 had aged older than 60 years,12 had incisional hematoma,32 had incisional hematoma after operation,2 had incisional hematoma after operation,52 had incisional hematoma in male patients,10 had incisional hematoma after operation,26 had incisional hematoma in female patients,4 had incisional hematoma after operation,42 had underlying diseases,12 had incisional swelling after operation,36 had no underlying diseases,2 had incisional swelling in serum after operation,and 2 had BMI was greater than 24 cases after operation There were 8 cases of incisional hematoma,55 cases with BMI less than or equal to 24 cases,6 cases with incisional hematoma after operation,72 cases with albumin level greater than 30g/L,9 cases with incisional hematoma after operation,6 cases with albumin level less than or equal to 30g/L,5cases with incisional hematoma after operation,3 cases with postoperative infection,3 cases with incisional hematoma after operation,75 cases with no incisional infection,11 cases with incisional hematoma after operation,48 cases with incisional hernia greater than 8cm,13 cases with incisional hematoma after operation,13 cases with hernia less than or equal to 8cm/L,and 1 cases with hematoma after operation.There were 19 cases with operation time more than 180 minutes,8 cases with incision serum swelling after operation,59 cases with operation time less than or equal to 180 minutes,6 cases with incision serum swelling after operation,53 cases with anterior abdominal wall central area,9 cases with incision serum swelling after operation,25 cases with non-pre-abdominal wall central area and 5 cases with incision serum swelling after operation.The patient's age,sex,underlying disease,body mass index(BMI),albumin level,postoperative infection,incisional hernia size,operation time and site of operation were tested by chi-square method.I),basal disease,albumin level,operation time,incisional hernia size,postoperative infection were related to the appearance of incisional hematoma after operation(all P <0.05).Further logistic regression analysis of the above single factors showed that the patients were aged(OR =0.334,P =0.030),underlying diseases(OR =0.115,P =0.023),and postoperative infections(OR =0.017,P =0.041),indicating that the patients were aged,underlying diseases and postoperative infections independent risk factors for the appearance of incisional serum swelling in patients after operation.Conclusion :There were many influencing factors of serum swelling after abdominal incisional hernia operation,the age,BMI,basic disease,incisional hernia size,albumin level,postoperative infection,time of operation were related to the occurrence of incisional hematoma after operation,but sex,incisional site was not related to the occurrence of incisional hematoma after operation.Among them,the patient's age,basic disease,postoperative infection is an independent risk factor for the appearance of incision serum swelling after operation.
