ObjectiveThe development of the internal and external genitals of the fetus is affected by many factors such as genes, intrauterine environment and hormone levels.Any abnormality in any of these factors can cause abnormalities in the fetal reproductive system, early diagnosis is of great significance to family decision-making and clinical treatment. The purpose of this study is to explore the method of displaying the uterus of female fetus, analyze the correlation between the size of uterus and the gestational age,and establish the normal value range of uterus development size of normal female fetus in different gestational weeks,so as to provide the basis for early prenatal diagnosis of fetal genital malformation.MethodsFrom August 2018 to January 2020,we selected the pregnant women randomly, who had regular labor examination in our hospital and delivered in our hospital, and selected the single pregnant women whose gestational age was more than 21 weeks, menstrual regulation, actual gestational age was consistent with the gestational age measured by ultrasound in early pregnancy, and the mother and fetus had no obvious clinical diseases.GE Voluson E10 and Voluson E8 color doppler ultrasound diagnostic instruments were used, with convex array probe(frequency 1-5MHz)and intracavity probe(frequency 4-10MHz).All pregnant women signed informed consent. To ensure a safe and comfortable examination environment and no obvious discomfort to pregnant women, according to the recommended guidelines of the Chinese Medical Association, fetal system screening(level 3 screening)is carried out.Carry out detailed scanning, evaluation and measurement of fetal uterus. The anterior and posterior diameters, left and right diameters and endometrial thickness of the uterus were measured on the maximum transverse section of the fetus uterus. All measurements were taken three times respectively and the average value was taken. When the maximum transverse section of the fetus uterus is not clearly displayed due to the influence of some factors such as body position, let pregnant women observe after appropriate activitie, transvaginal or transvaginal examination is also possible,to clearly show the structure of the fetal uterus.ResultsFetal uterine examination measurements of 213 pregnant women were obtained, the analysis results showed that in the range of 21-34 gestational weeks,anterior-posterior uterine diameter,left-right uterine diameter and endometrial thickness are linearly related to gestational weeks and increase with gestational weeks, the relationship is expressed by regression equation:anterior-posterior diameter(mm)=1.240×gestational weeks(r=0.887,P<0.0001)-23.969,left-right diameter(mm)=1.579×gestational weeks(r=0.915,P<0.001)-30.968,endometrium(mm)=0.802×gestational weeks(r=0.892,P<0.001)-16.585,the regression coefficient t test showed that p was all < 0.05,and H0 was rejected according to ?=0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Between the range of 21-34 gestational weeks, the 95% confidence interval of the population mean was calculated by using t distribution method : anterior-posterior diameter(15.992,17.092)? left-right diameter(20.478,21.627)? endometrium(8.805,9.910).There was a linear relationship between fetal anterior-posterior diameter,left-right diameter and endometrium.ConclusionThe anterior-posterior diameter,left-right diameter, and endometrium increased linearly with the increase of gestational weeks before 34 weeks, and reached a slow increase after 34 weeks without a linear relationship, and no longer increased significantly with the increase of gestational weeks.
