| Objective: To study Prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of different types of urinarysystem abnormality in fetus sonographic features and clinical value of, increase the rate ofprenatal ultrasonic diagnosis, provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: Retrospective analysis in prenatal ultrasound in our hospital and hospitaldelivery in cases12,145weeks pregnant women, long-term follow-up found127cases ofurinary system abnormality in fetus, prenatal diagnosis and postpartum follow-up resultsof statistical analysis. Results:12,145in cases of pregnant women in the group, diagnosisof urinary system abnormality in fetus127cases, prenatal diagnosis of130cases,misdiagnosis of2cases, missed diagnosis of5cases. Incidence of urinary systemabnormality in fetus1.05%, the coincidence rate of prenatal ultrasonic diagnosis andclinical diagnosis of postpartum99.94%, the sensitivity of prenatal Ultrasonographicdiagnosis of fetal malformation of urinary system98.42%, specific degrees99.95%,positive predictive value96.15%, and negative predictive value of99.98%, positivelikelihood ratio of1968.4, negative likelihood ratio of0.016. Conclusion: The prenatalultrasonic diagnosis of fetal malformation of urinary system with high accuracy. For theclinical diagnosis, prognosis and had taken measures to provide an important basis forassessment, for reducing birth defects birth rate, improve the quality of population is ofgreat significance. |
