Retrospectively Analyzed Of 1894 Cases Of Prenatal Ultrasound Diagnosis Of Urinary System Malformation

Objective:To explore the prenatal diagnosis of different types of fetal urinary abnormalities,analyze the accuracy rate of ultrasound diagnosis,provide theoretical reference and clinical basis for prenatal consultation,also guidance for clinical treatment.Methods:From July 2007 to December 2017 in women's hospital of Zhejiang university,we chose 1894 cases with urinary abnormalities to analyze retrospectively,contrasted the situation of 932 cases before and after birth,recorded prenatal diagnosis and postpartum outcomes.Results:1.The magacytics can be diagnosised as early as 13 weeks of pregnancy,the median diagnostic time was 20.7 weeks of pregnancy,while the median diagnostic time of hydronephrosis was the latest as 31.3 weeks of pregnancy;All the median diagnostic time of other urinary abnormalities were between 27?29 weeks of pregnancy.2.The prenatal and postnatal diagnostic coincidence rates of multicystic dysplasia kidney and hydronephrosis were as high as 98.2%and 96.6%,respectively,while the diagnostic coincidence rates of renal deficiency?polycystic kidney and magacytics were relatively lower as 87.5%;Anyhow,the prenatal and postnatal diagnosis coincidence rates of urinary system malformation were all above 85%.3.MRI can reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of duplex kidney and polycystic kidney in ultrasound diagnosis by displaying the shape of the kidney more clearly.4.The proportion of ectopic kidney.horseshoe kidney and megacystics combined with intra-and extra-renal malformation were 36.1%,40.6%and 34%,respectively.Conclusion:1.The accuracy rate of ultrasound diagnosis of congenital urinary system malformation is above 85%,so it is the first choice for prenatal urinary abnormalities.2.The best time for ultrasound diagnosis of urinary system malformation is 27?29 weeks of pregnancy.3.MRI can provide further information for the diagnosis of duplex kidney and polycystic kidney.4.The incidence of ectopic kidney?horseshoe kidney and megacystics combined with intra-and extra-renal malformation is high,extra attention should be paid on prenatal care.
