Objective: To investigate and understand the current situation and dynamic development trend of fetal malformation in this city,understand and grasp the epidemiological characteristics of birth defects,so as to take targeted preventive measures,understand the causes of missed diagnosis,further standardize prenatal ultrasound screening,and reduce the occurrence of birth defects.Methods:1.The monitoring data of ultrasonic diagnosis of fetal malformation in jinzhou,shijiazhuang from January 1,2014 to December 31,2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Studies in four years the incidence of standardization of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal abnormalities,the distribution characteristics of deformity,prenatal ultrasound diagnosis rate and various types of malformations,kinds,monitoring the city's 4 have prenatal ultrasound screening hospital(jin zhou city people's hospital,jin zhou maternity and child health care hospital,jin zhou,jinzhou tong ji hospital),monitoring objects for the city at 11 weeks to 32 weeks pregnant.The city's fetal malformation data into the computer,the establishment of an information base.2.Using ultrasonic methods,multiple cutting face of fetal abnormalities to conduct a comprehensive inspection,records of ultrasound examination of fetal deformity of the amount and type of gestational age,disease,and are classified according to the anatomy of the system,a detailed record of fetal circulation system,nervous system,facial,the abnormal information of urinary system,respiratory system,according to the disease to record such as cleft lip and palate,spina bifida,kidney seeper,the abnormal information of ventricular septal defect.Understand the types of fetal malformations in this city,follow up missed cases,timely communicate.Descriptive statistical methods should be used to analyze the prenatal diagnosis of different defects in different periodsResults: According to the preliminary investigation and study,the circulatory system deformity ranks the top,cleft lip and palate and ventricular septal defect rank the top.The rate of prenatal ultrasound screening remained at a high level and the perinatal incidence of severe birth defects showed a decreasing trend.Conclusion:1.The ultrasound detection rate of fetal malformations in our date was 88.5%,the most common types of malformations were cardiovascular system and central nervous system.Standardized ultrasound has a significant effect on prenatal malformation screening.A normalization prenatal ultrasonographic examination plays a very significant role in decreasing fetal birth defects and improving new born population quality.2.Two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound complement each other and play an active role in early pregnancy and pregnancy screening.
