Design And Implementation Of "Internet +" Mode 120 Emergency Dispatching System

Pre-hospital emergency treatment is a very important part of the emergency medical service system.Severe critical cases may occur at any time,and the task of pre-hospital rescue is very difficult.In the actual situation,due to problems such as the timely departure of the car,the task cannot be tracked in real time,the system is not intelligent enough,etc.,the emergency dispatch work faces various difficulties.With the concept of "Internet +",Internet technology has become more and more widely used in traditional industries,and the difficulties in various traditional emergency dispatching tasks have been gradually solved.The "Internet +" model 120 emergency dispatch system is a combination of Internet technology and traditional 120 emergency dispatch,and actively innovates,so as to shorten the pre-hospital emergency response time and better serve the society.This paper adopts a loosely coupled SOA model,client / server architecture,and uses Visual Studio,WeChat WEB developer tools,oracle database and other software for system development.It designs and implements emergency call acceptance,vehicle scheduling,major accident reporting,advance notification,Eight functions of WeChat alarm,mobile location,map service and SMS return visit.Emergency call acceptance,vehicle dispatch,and reporting of major accidents are the basic functions of pre-hospital emergency dispatch,which mainly implements the basic process of 120 first-aid;advance notification enables the vehicle to choose the hospital in advance to prepare for treatment;WeChat alarm enables WeChat users Pre-stored health files and one-click positioning alarm;mobile phone positioning can quickly locate addresses without the need for alarm reports;map services enable batch road calculation,address association and path planning;SMS return visits enable sending return visit text messages and statistical satisfaction.The “Internet +” mode 120 emergency dispatch system studied in this paper is based on the functions of traditional emergency dispatch system,using Internet communication,mobile phone positioning,SMS gateway,WeChat applet,etc.Emergency resources such as cars are closely connected around the patient,forming an orderly,smooth and intelligent dispatching system.Compared with the traditional system,the speed of receiving and issuing alarms in the "Internet +" mode 120 emergency dispatch system has been greatly improved,and the quality of emergency services has also been significantly improved.
