Objective: To Investigation the present situation of nurse with work-related musculoskeletal disorders in operating room, and analyze its influence factors. Methods: Combined with literature review, ergonomic concepts, definition of occupational musculoskeletal disorders concept, operating characteristics of operating room nurses, and formation of item pools after group discussions, the dimensions of the questionnaires and item definitions were initially prepared through expert consultation.A survey of nurses in the operating room of the third-level general hospital was analyzed, the questionnaire items were analyzed, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested to form the final operating room nurse ergonomic questionnaire.Using a stratified random cluster sampling method,a cross-sectional survey of 1,200 operating room nurses in 12 tertiary A general hospitals in Liaoning Province was randomly selected from April to December 2019.Distribute general information questionnaires for operating room nurses;standard questionnaires for musculoskeletal disorders,self-established operating room nurse ergonomics questionnaires and Copenhagen psychosocial questionnaires to investigate operating room nurse demographics, occupational musculoskeletal injuries Prevalence, ergonomics and psychosocial conditions. The chi-square test and logistic regression analysis were performed with SPSS 19.0 to explore the influencing factors of occupational skeletal muscle disorders. Results: A total of 1,200 questionnaires were issued, with 1020 valid questionnaires and an effective recovery rate of 85%.1.Development of an ergonomic survey questionnaire for operating room nurses Eventually formed 23 items,6 dimensions, including dynamic load, static load, repetitive load, work posture load, working environment, labor organization management.Content validity: In this study, the S-CVI is 0.96 and the I-CVI is between 0.80 and 1.00,indicating that the content validity of the questionnaire is good.Exploratory factor analysis was performed by principal component analysis combined with maximum variance orthogonal rotation analysis. Before performing the factor analysis, the KMO test is performed first. The KMO value is 0.866,and the ?2 value of the Bertlett 's spheric test is 4614.789,which is a significant level. There is a common factor between the correlation matrices representing the population, which is suitable for factor analysis.Exploratory factor analysis.Taking the factors with eigenvalues> 1 as the principle for screening common factors,a total of 6 common factors were extracted in this study, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 64.86%.coefficients of each dimension are 0.624 to 0.868.The total half-reliability of the questionnaire is 0.866 and 0.877,and the correlation coefficient between the two parts is 0.962.a coefficient of the total questionnaire is 0.912,and the Cronbach 's aReliability: The Cronbach 's The total retest reliability of the questionnaire was Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.774.2.Prevalence of occupational musculoskeletal injuries among nurses in the operating room of Liaoning Province. In the past year, the overall prevalence of occupational musculoskeletal injuries among operating room nurses in Liaoning Province was 81.42%.The highest prevalence of WMSDs in all parts was the waist, followed by the neck, shoulders, back, knees, ankles and feet, wrists, hips and hips,elbow.3.Current status of ergonomic survey of nurses in operating rooms in Liaoning ProvinceThe total ergonomic load score of the operating room nurses was 23-91,with an average score of 51.32±11.14,which was at a medium level. The score of the ergonomic questionnaire of the operating room nurses in Liaoning Province, where WMSDs have appeared in the past year, was 52.04±11.05 higher than that of the non-diseased group(45.66±10.21).The difference between the two was statistically significant(P <0.01).The ergonomic load of nurses in the operating room was graded to compare the damage of WMSDs.The ergonomic load levels at low, medium, and high levels were statistically different in one-way analysis of variance(P <0.05).4.Current status of psychosocial survey of nurses in operating rooms in Liaoning Province. The operating room nurses 'Copenhagen psychosocial questionnaire score was 47-145,with an average value of 87.38±13.177,which was at a medium level. The lower the score, the more prone to occupational stress. The ergonomics questionnaire score of the operating room nurses in the sick group was 87.74±13.18 higher than the non-diseased operating room nurses questionnaire score of 84.58±12.89.The difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,"interpersonal relationship and leadership","job satisfaction" and "work requirements" scores were higher than those of non-ill operating room nurses, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).),There is no statistical difference between the two dimensions of "personal influence and development" and "work instability"(P> 0.05).5.Analysis of influencing factors of occupational skeletal muscle injury among nurses in the operating room of Liaoning Province.Single factor analysis:Comparing the characteristics of different individuals in the affected and non-affected groups, the results showed that different ages, different educational levels, and different professional titles, different marital status, different types of surgery, different working years, different working postures. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(2Multi-factor Logistic Analysis:Logistic regression analysis results showed that education level, common postures at work, and ergonomic load level, were risk factors leading to occupational skeletal muscle injury.Tissue management,is a protective factor in preventing occupational skeletal muscle injury.(P <0.05).Conclusion: 1 The ergonomic questionnaire prepared by the operating room nurses in this study has reliability and validity, and can be used for clinical promotion and application.2.The prevalence of occupational musculoskeletal injury among nurses in the operating room in Liaoning Province is high. The highest prevalence is the waist, followed by the neck and shoulders.3.The ergonomic load and psychosocial load of nurses in the operating room of Liaoning Province are both at a medium level.4.Occupational musculoskeletal injury of operating room nurses in Liaoning Province is formed by multiple factors.Educational level, posture commonly used in work, ergonomic load level and tissue management are risk factors that cause occupational skeletal muscle injury.
