ObjiectiveThis study aims to investigate the current situation of work stress,psychological capital and work alienation among interventional operating room nurses,and to discuss the relationship work stress,psychological capital and work alienation among intervention work room nurses.In order to reduce the level of work press and improve the level of psychological capital,it provides a theoretical basis for reducing the sense of work alienation of interventional operating room nurses.MethodsThis study used the method of convenience sampling,were selected the nurses in the interventional operating room of the tertiary general hospital in Liaoning Province.A cross-sectional survey was carried out in September 2017 to July 2018 by using the general data questionnaire,the Chinese nurse stress source scale,the nurse psychological capital scale,and the work alienation questionnaire.Descriptive analysis,t-test,analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis,and multiple linear regression analysis were performed using SPSS 21.0 software.Results1.The score of work press of nurses in the interventional operating room was(77.30±18.98).The difference of the working pressure of nurses in different age,marital status,nature of employment,professional title,and monthly income was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.The score of psychological capital of nurses in the interventional operating room was(71.26±15.25).The difference of psychological capital scores of nurses in different gender,ages,education,interventional operating room years,professional title and nature of employment was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Interventional operating room nurses work alienation scored was(31.44±8.73).The differences in the total scores of the work experience of the nurses in different ages,professional titles,marital status,interventional operating room years,and income were statistically significant(P <0.05).4.The score of nurses' work stress in interventional operating room was positively correlated with the score of work alienation(r = 0.521,P <0.01).The lscore of work stress was negatively correlated with the score of psychological capital(r =-0.528,P < 0.01).The score of work alienation was negatively correlated with the score of psychological capital(r =-0.431,P <0.01).5.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the work press had a predictive effect on the work alienation(?=0.497,t=8.274,P<0.001),and the work press had a predictive effect on the psychological capital(?=-0.506,t=-8.948,P < 0.001),work stress,psychological capital have a predictive effect on work alienation(work press: ? = 0.377,t = 5.452,P < 0.001;psychological capital: ? =-0.238,t =-3.311,P < 0.001).Conclusions1.Interventional operating room nurses have a moderate level of work stress,psychological capital,and work alienation.2.The work stress of nurses in interventional operating room was positively correlated with work alienation,work stress was negatively correlated with psychological capital,work alienation was negatively correlated with psychological capital.3.Work stress can not only directly affect the sense of alienation of nurses in interventional operating rooms,but also indirectly affect the work alienation of nurses in interventional operating rooms by influencing psychological capital.4.Nurse management personnel can understand the relationship between work stress,psychological capital and work alienation,and then combine the corresponding interventions to achieve the purpose of reducing the sense of alienation of nurses in the operating room.
