Objective:To explore the environment's hazardous factors of allergic rhinitis in preschool children,especially air pollutants.Method:By studying Hospital-based case-control,the trained doctor interviewed 68preschool children with allergic rhinitis and 194 controls from The First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University with questionnaire,for collecting relevant information such as general social demographic characteristics,disease history,environmental exposure status,indoor and outdoor environmental conditions and family allergic history.Results:The prevalence of AR in preschool children with high exposure to PM2.5?PM10?CO and NO2 are 1.458?1.384?1.220 and 1.335 times than that of low exposure.While,O3 and SO2 show negative or no correlation with AR.The incidence of AR in children with parental allergy was 1.314 times higher than that in children without parental allergy.Conclusions:Long-term exposure to PM2.5,PM10,CO,and NO2 can increases the risk of allergic rhinitis in preschool children,especially for children whose parents have allergic disease.
