| Objective: To describe the status quo of quality of life and analyze the influencing factors of HIV/AIDS patients,so as to provide references and suggestions for improving their quality of life and better carrying out AIDS prevention and control.Methods: In this study,a convenient sampling method was used.Questionnaires were conducted by uniformly trained investigators from May 2019 to October 2019 at the Zhengzhou Infectious Disease Hospital and Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Henan Province.Self-made general questionnaires(including demographic,clinical and behavioral data of HIV/AIDS patients),the World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire For HIV Brief Version(WHOQOL-HIV BREF)and The Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI)scale were used to collect research data.Data were entered using EpiData 3.0 software,SPSS 21.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the independent sample t-test,analysis of variance,and multiple linear regression.P <0.05 was used as the standard for statistical significance.Results:(1)A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed,and 380 valid questionnaires were recovered.The average age of study subjects was(41.19 ± 13.20)years,of which the middle-aged(35~49 years)had the largest number(42.11%).Most of them are male(87.37%),married people account for 57.63%,42.63% are migrant workers,junior high school education and below account for 54.74%,and 42.89% of families have a monthly income of less than 1000.Most of the family members and friends of the study subjects did not know about their HIV infection status(55.26%),and most of the study participants were infected with HIV through men who have sex with men(62.37%).(2)The internal consistency reliability of the WHOQOL-HIV BREF scale has a Cronbach coefficient of 0.92.The total quality of life of HIV/AIDS patients was(75.98 ± 13.37).The internal consistency reliability of the BAI scale has a Cronbach coefficient reliability of 0.97.The anxiety score of HIV/AIDS patients was(37.42 ±13.95).According to the criterion that the standard score was ≥45,anxiety was foundin 28.16% of HIV/AIDS patients in this study.(3)The results of univariate analysis showed that: gender,age,education,marital status,occupation,monthly household income,CD4 cell count,HIV viral load,publicity of HIV infection,HIV testing and HIV infection pathways in HIV / AIDS patients Whether they have received highly active antiretroviral therapy(Highly Active Antiroviral Therapy,HAART),whether there are symptoms related to sexually transmitted diseases and anxiety will affect their quality of life score(P <0.05).(4)The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,education,family monthly income,HIV testing,infection pathways,and anxiety were the main factors affecting the quality of life of HIV/AIDS patients.Conclusions: Age,education background,family monthly income,whether for HIV testing,infection pathways and anxiety are the main factors of HIV/AIDS patients’ quality of life.Prompt medical personnel should pay attention to older age,lower education,low income,a drug or high-risk heterosexual sex,not for HIV testing,and has the anxiety status of HIV/AIDS patients,focused on this part of the crowd to carry out AIDS prevention publicity and education work,and at the same time provide adequate psychological care and support,make it realize the AIDS epidemic situation,promote the enhancement of self-protection,This is of great significance and value for improving the survival treatment status of patients,coping with aids-related stress and maintaining QOL. |
