Clinical Observation Of Conventional Acupuncture Combined With Pricking Method In Zhongchong And Dadun For Treatment Of Qi Depression Transforming Into Fire Of Anxiety Disorder

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of conventional acupuncture combined with pricking method in Zhongchong(PC9)and Dadun(LR1)for treatment of qi depression transforming into fire anxiety disorder,and explore the influence of acupuncture points on acupuncture effect,so as to guide clinical practice and improve the effect of acupuncture application.Methods: 60 patients with qi depression transforming into fire anxiety disorder were stochastically divided into experimental group for 30 cases and control group for 30 cases in this study.The control group adopted the conventional acupuncture treatment method of depression syndrome in the tenth edition of “Science of Acupuncture and Moxibustion” in the “13th five-year plan” textbook: Baihui(GV20),Yintang(GV29),Shenmen(HT7),Taichong(LR3),Neiguan(PC5),Danzhong(CV17),Xingjian(LR2),Xiaxi(GB43).The experimental group was based on the treatment of control group,and combined with pricking method at Zhongchong(PC9)and Dadun(LR1).For the observation of the curative effect,the experimental group and the control group were compared by the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)and traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scale before and after the treatment.In addition,the score reduction rate of Hamilton Anxiety Scale was used as the efficacy evaluation criteria.Results:1.The HAMA score of the two groups was both lower than that before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05)and there was significant difference between groups after treatment(P < 0.05).2.The SAS score of the two groups was both lower than that before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05)and there was significant difference between groups after treatment(P < 0.05).3.The Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scale score of the two groups was both lower than that before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05)and there was significant difference between groups after treatment(P < 0.05).4.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.0%,which was better than 83.3% of the control group.Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Both of the conventional acupuncture combined with pricking method at Zhongchong(PC9)and Dadun(LR1)and the conventional acupuncture alone,can improve the score of HAMA,SAS,and The Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scale of patients with qi depression transforming into fire anxiety disorder.2.The conventional acupuncture combined with pricking method at Zhongchong(PC9)and Dadun(LR1)is superior to the conventional acupuncture in the overall efficacy.This method is suitable for the treatment of qi depression transforming into fire anxiety disorder,and it is easy to operate and practical in clinic.
