Clinical Observation Of Acupoint Point Qiuxu Through To Point Zhaohai Combined Acupuncture In Treating Tinnitus Of Liver Fire

Objective:In order to provide new ideas for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of this disease,the study explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment at acupoint point Qiuxu through to point Zhaohai combined conventional acupuncture therapy through clinical research.Methods:A total of 60 patients were selected as the research objects.All patients were treated in the relevant departments of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital in January 2020 and December 2020.According to the principle of randomized control,they were divided into treatment group and control group.There are 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture treatment at acupoint point Qiuxu through to point Zhaohai combined with conventional acupuncture,and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Patients in both groups were treated 4 times a week.There are 16 times in a course of treatment,and all patients were treated 1 course.After treatment,the degree of tinnitus,THI score,HAMA and HAMD score,TCM syndrome score,curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Use statistical software SPSS23.0 to analyze the data.Results:After treatment,the degree of tinnitus in the two groups was significantly improved and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the THI score of the treatment group was(26.51±10.89),and the THI score of the control group was(26.51±10.89).The overall score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(x~2=12.236,P=0.008).After treatment,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the HAMA and HAMD scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in tinnitus and syndrome total scores between the two groups(P<0.05).After 1course of treatment,the treatment effective rate of patients in the control group was 83.3%,and the treatment effective rate of patients in the treatment group was 90.00%.The effective rate of clinical treatment between the two groups of patients was significantly different,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,which was statistically significant(x~2=4.412,P=0.039).The patients in this study had no obvious adverse reactions during the course ofthe treatment.Conclusion:(1)After acupuncture treatment at acupoint point Qiuxu through to point Zhaohai combined with conventional acupuncture of disturbed tinnitus on liver fire,the patient’s tinnitus degree,THI score,HAMA and HAMD score,and TCM symptom score were all improved compared to before treatment.(2)The clinical curative effect of acupuncture treatment at acupoint point Qiuxu through to point Zhaohai combined with conventional acupuncturein the treatment of disturbed tinnitus on liver fire is better than that of conventional acupuncture.(3)Acupuncture treatment at acupoint point Qiuxu through to point Zhaohai combined with conventional acupuncture has no adverse reactions in the treatment of disturbed tinnitus on liver fire.
