Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment for post-stroke urinary incontinence and provide safe and effective treatment for patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence. Methods:In this study,a random number table method was used to divide 60 patients with urinary incontinence who met the inclusion criteria into a treatment group and a control group.Thirty patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment;30 patients in the control group were treated with rehabilitation treatment. The rehabilitation treatment of the control group included bladder function training, abdominal massage, and sound induction, once a day,6 times as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment. The treatment group received acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of rehabilitation therapy, and selected Baliao(including Shangliao,Ciliao,Zhongliao, and Xialiao),Qihai,Guanyuan, and Zhongji, once a day,6 times each, there are 3 courses of treatment. The two groups of patients were evaluated before treatment and after 3 courses of treatment,to observe the changes in urinary incontinence degree classification,ICI-Q-SF score, bladder maximum volume, and quality of life questionnaire(I-QOL)score before and after treatment in both groups and analysis the efficacy.Result:1.The degree of urinary incontinence after treatment in both groups was lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the reduction in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that both treatment methods can improve urine degree of incontinence, and the improvement of urinary incontinence in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.2.After treatment, the ICI-Q-SF scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the reduction of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that both treatment methods were able to the clinical symptoms of urinary incontinence were improved, and the clinical symptoms of urinary incontinence in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group3.After treatment, the maximum volume of bladder measured by B-ultrasound in both groups was higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that both treatment methods can improve the bladder maximum volume, and the improvement of the maximum volume of the bladder in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.4.The I-QOL scores of the two groups of patients were improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that both treatment methods can improve urinary incontinence Quality, and the improvement of quality of life in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group5.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3 3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 7 6.67%.There was a significant difference between the two group s(P<0.0 5),indicating that the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control groupConclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the degree of urinary incontinence and clinical symptoms of patients with urinary incontinence after stroke, and improve the quality of life of patients2.Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy is better than rehabilitation therapy in treating urinary incontinence after stroke, and it is worth further research and promotion.
