The Clinical Effect Of Acupuncture Combined With Ginger Moxibustion In Treating The Urinary Incontinence Of Elderly Women After Stroke

Objective: Through the comparison of the changes in the residual urine volume in the bladder after the treatment of post-stroke elderly female urinary incontinence with acupuncture and moxibustion,combining FIMBS scale and ICIQ-SF.To explore the clinical value of acupuncture combined with ginger moxibustion therapy and basic conventional treatment in treating the urinary incontinence of elderly women after stroke,thus further optimization of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture therapy for the treatment of the disease,improve the clinical curative effect,alleviate the patient's pain,benefit the vast humanity.Methods: This topic were 40 patients diagnosis standards include patients rejecting standard three standard requirements,all cases are from the second affiliated hospital of anhui medical university,all patients according to the specific condition to manage blood sugar blood fat and blood pressure to stroke acupuncture based on conventional treatment options,Forty patients who meet the criteria of this project were randomly divided into urinary incontinence acupuncture plus Ginger moxibustion treatment group and basic treatment control group,urinary incontinence acupuncture combined with Ginger moxibustion therapy and basic Conventional therapy were treated 6 days a week,each40 min,a total of 4 weeks.Before entering into the observation period,the patient was required to accept the determination of residual urine volume in the abdomen B,and the score of the FIMBS and ICIQ-SF questionnaire was carefully recorded before and after treatment.After the treatment,repeat the above work,observe and compare the changes to assess the rapeutic efficacy.Results: 1.The scores of both groups were higher than before treatment,and the treatment effect was significant.(P<0.01).2.After treatment,the score of treatment group was better than that of control group,and the difference was significant.(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of the two groups was 90.0% in the treatment group and 70.0%in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On urinary incontinence acupuncture combined with Ginger moxibustion and basic conventional therapies,both of which can treat urinary incontinence in elderly women after stroke.Just in comparison,urinary incontinence acupuncture plus Ginger moxibustion treatment of elderly women after stroke urinary incontinence effect is more significant,is a clinically effective and effective method for the treatment of this disease,to provide the basis for the optimization of clinical programs for the treatment of this disease with Chinese medicine,and has the clinical value of in-depth study and discussion.
