Obj ective:The purpose of this project is to investigate the clinical efficacy of Sun's abdominal acupuncture embedding in the treatment of post-stroke depression and its effect on serum serotonin(5-HT)levels.The mechanism of action,in turn, provides a scientific theoretical basis for the treatment of PSD by Sun's abdominal acupunctureMethods:Ninety patients with PSD who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and control group,30 cases each. All patients received routine treatment of cerebrovascular disease including rehabilitation training and psychological counseling. On this basis, the treatment group 1 was given embedding therapy in the first abdominal area and the eighth abdominal area, once every 10 days, once for a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment. The two groups were treated with abdominal acupuncture in the first and the eighth abdomen, acupuncture once a day,6 times a week,1 week as a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses. The control group was treated with the conventional acupuncture method of depression syndrome, acupuncture once a day,6 times a week,1 week as a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses. Before and after treatment, the three groups of patients underwent Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores and serum 5-HT,and observed adverse reactions. At the same time,HAMD and NIHSS scores were followed up 1 month after the end of treatment All the data obtained were statistically processed to assess its short-term and long-term efficacyResults:1.Of the 90 patients included,2 cases fell off,and the final effective case was 88 cases. Before treatment, the HAMD score,NIHSS score, and serum 5-HT levels of the three groups were not statistically different(P>0.05),and were comparable2.After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group 1 was 93.1%,the total effective rate of treatment group 2 was 80.0%,and the total effective rate of control group was 72.4%.The overall efficacy of the three groups of patients was statistically different(P<0.0 1).3.After 4 weeks of treatment, the overall mean of HAMD score and NIHSS score of the three groups of patients decreased, with statistical difference(P<0.001).Among them, the treatment 1 group was statistically different from the treatment 2 group and the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the treatment 2 group was statistically different from the control group(P<0.05).The HAMD score and NIHSS score of the three groups were statistically different before and after treatment(P<0.01)4.After 4 weeks of treatment, the mean blood 5-HT concentrations of the three groups of patients all increased, with statistical differences(P<0.00 1).Among them, the treatment group 1 was statistically significant compared with the treatment group 2 and the control group(P<0.05,P<0.0 1),and the treatment group 2 was statistically different compared with the control group(P<0.05).The serum 5-HT concentrations before and after treatment in the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.01)5.Followed up 1 month after the end of treatment, the HAMD and NIHSS scores of the three groups were lower than before treatment, with statistical difference(P<0.001);multiple comparisons found HAMD of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 and control group respectively The difference between NIHSS score and NIHSS score was significant(P<0.01),and there was a statistically significant difference between the HAMD and NIHSS scores of the 2 treatment groups and the control group(P<0.01).Compared with treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 after 4 weeks of treatment and within 1 month of follow-up group after treatment,HAMD and NIHSS scores were statistically significant(P<0.01);in the control group, after 4 weeks of treatment and treatment The follow-up comparison at 1 month after the end was not statistically significant(P>0.05)6.Follow-up 1 month after the end of treatment, compared with the recurrence rate, treatment group 1 was lower than treatment group 2 and control group, with statistical difference(P<0.01)Conclusion:1.Sun's abdominal acupuncture embedding can significantly improve the HAMD score of PSD patients, and has a good antidepressant effect2.Sun's abdominal acupuncture embedding can significantly improve the NIHSS score of PSD patients, indicating that this therapy can improve the depression of PSD,and then promote the recovery of limb nerve function of PSD patients and improve their daily living ability3.Thread embedding in Sun's abdominal acupuncture area can significantly increase serum 5-HT levels in PSD patients, indicating that the therapy may exert its antidepressant effect by increasing 5-HT levels4.Sun's abdominal acupuncture embedding in the treatment of PSD has a good antidepressant effect, its clinical timeliness and long-term efficacy are superior to single Sun's abdominal acupuncture and conventional acupuncture therapy.
