Clinical Observation On Acupuncture Combined With Embedded Wire Therapy For The Treatment Of Post Stroke Depression

Purpose:To observe and evaluation the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with embedded wire therapy on post stroke depression(PSD).Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria,60patients with post stroke depression were selected and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with30cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with the therapy of acupuncture combined with embedded wire while the control group were treated by acupuncture.All patients were accepted routine treatment of cerebrovascular disease, and in conjunction with the family rehabilitation training. On this basis, the treatment group and control group were given different interventions. Specific measures are as follows:for both groups, the same points and the same method of operation were chosen in the acupuncture part,the treatment group with embedded wire method.Treatment of acupuncture treatment of1times a day, continuous treatment6, rest for a day. the day off embedded wire, treatment of4weeks in a row. Two groups of patients before treatment and after4weekend each use HAMD(24) and MESSS for comparison before and after treatment. The data obtained by SPSS17.0software for statistical analysis.Results:1.Two groups after treatment in patients with HAMD, MESSS score than before treatment significantly improved (P<0.01).2.The treatment group than the control group can obviously reduce the HAMD, MESSS score (P<0.05).3.Two groups of patients with depression and nerve function to improve the overall efficiency comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with embedded wire treatment of post stroke depression efficacy, can improve the depressive state of patients with post stroke depression.2.Acupuncture combined with embedded wire treatment can enhance the recovery of neural function in patients with post stroke depression defects...
