| Object:Through the observation of abdominal acupuncture "air entraining Guiyuan" with drugs and simple oral drug for the treatment of post stroke depression curative effect comparison, to seek the clinical effective treatment plan of depression after stroke.Methods:60 patients met the inclusion criteria of depression after stroke were randomly divided into abdominal acupuncture "air entraining Guiyuan" with drug therapy group and simple oral drug group,30 cases in each group. Two groups were treated with basic treatment of apoplexy and routine rehabilitation therapy. On this basis, the treatment group were treated with abdominal acupuncture "air entraining Guiyuan" combined with drug therapy, the control group with oral drug therapy. Treatment of 1 times daily, for 6 days continuously, rest for 1 days,1 weeks for 1 courses of treatment, the clinical observation of 12 courses (12 weeks). Each group of patients before and after treatment were evaluated with Hamilton depression scale, and the ability of daily living of TCM syndrome score standard score. The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software.Results:Two groups of patients in each scale score after treatment than before treatment score improved significantly (P< 0.05). Compared with the control group, treatment of TCM symptom score group were the degree of depression, and activities of daily living capacity improved significantly (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal acupuncture "air entraining Guiyuan" with drugs and simple oral drugs can improve the symptoms of patients with post stroke depression; Abdominal acupuncture "air entraining Guiyuan" with the drug treatment of depression after stroke is better than simple oral medication; Abdominal needle protrusion of lumber with drug can improve depressive symptoms, improve the quality of life, in the treatment of post stroke depression is simple, safe and effective, worthy of clinical application. |
