Clinical Observation Of Modified Qumai Erchen Decoction In The Treatment Of Pediatric Cough(Stagnation Of Food Stasis)

Objective : To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Qumai Erchen Decoction in the treatment of pediatric cough(food accumulation stagnation syndro).Methods : In order to conform to the children dyspepsia stagnation syndrome cough and acute bronchitis children to observe and the research object,select 62 cases aged from 2 to 7 to observe children with cough cases,were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group(n = 31),the experimental group to oral Jiawei Qumai Erchen Decoction(own prescription),control group to the oral children cough oral liquid(proprietary Chinese medicine)deposition.The course of treatment lasted for 2 weeks.At the end of the treatment,the same person recorded and compared the changes of symptoms before and after the treatment,such as cough,sputum,diet,abdominal distension and fullness,etc.The symptoms were scored according to the rating scale,and the statistical software was selected for analysis,so as to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of the Jiawei Qumai Erchen Decoction.Results : The total effective rate of the control group and the experimental group was 83.3%,96.7%,compared with the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the syndromes of both groups were improved and alleviated,and the effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.After one month,the recurrence rate of the experimental group was 10.00% and that of the control group was 60.00%,so the recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The overall curative effect of Jiawei Qumai Erchen decoction is better than Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid.2.Jiawei Qumai Erchen decoction can effectively improve the cough,expectoration,poor diet,abdominal distension and other clinical manifestations of children with food retention stagnation syndrome.3.Jiawei Qumai Erchen decoction in the treatment of infantile cough with stagnation of food accumulation syndrome has a low recurrence rate after cure.
