Clinical Research Of Erchen Decoction And Suzijiangqi Decoction On AECOPD Due To Lung Phlegm Turbidity Resistance

Objective:This project aims at intervening acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease?AECOPD?patients type of lung phlegm turbidity with oral Chinese medicine?Chinese herbal medicine compound Erchen decoction and Suzijiangqi decoction?,observing the effect of the Chinese herbal medicine compound base on the changing of Erchen decoction and Suzijiangqi decoction to the AECOPD patients type of lung phlegm turbidity's clinical symptoms,arterial blood gases and inflammatory indicator,in order to provide scientific bases to the clinical apply and offer a new reliable curative effect for AECOPD patients with lung phlegm turbidity.Method:Collecting AECOPD patients type of lung phlegm turbidity who was visiting respiratory department of Shanxi province Chinese and Western medicine from March2017 to March 2018,dividing the patients who correspond to the standard into two group by using the method of completely random grouping.30 cases in each group.The control group was given anti-infection,airway dilation,antispasmodic asthma,cough and phlegm,oxygen therapy of Western medicine conventional treatment.The experimental group was treated by Chinese herbal medicine compound of Erchen decoction and decoction of Suzijiangqi added conventional western medicine treatment the treatment course for ten days.We were observing the changing of two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCMsyndromescore?cough,expectoration,wheezing,chesttightness,anorexia,phlegm?,pulmonary function?FEV1%pred,FEV₁/FVC?,arterial blood gases analysis?PaO₂?PaCO₂?,the inflammatory indicator?white blood cell?c-reactive protein?.Result1.Chinese herbal medicine compound of Erchen decoction and Suzijiangqi decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with AECOPD.Comparing the control group and the experimental group before and after treatment,after treatment patients'symptoms and signs were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant?p<0.05?.This results show that the the control and experimental group could both significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms and sign.comparing the symptoms and signs scores of the two groups after treatment,the cough,expectoration,wheezing,chest tightness,anorexia scores in the experimental group were better than the control group.the difference was statistically significant?p<0.05?,however there was no obvious difference of phlegm score?p>0.05?,.From the evaluation of summing to syndrome integral,the curative effects of experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant?p<0.05?.2.Chinese herbal medicine compound of Erchen decoction and Suzijiangqi decoction can significantly improve AECOPD?type of phlegm obstructing lung?in patients with FEV₁%pred and FEV₁/FVC index,shows that it can improve respiratory obstruction in patients.The FEV₁%pred and FEV₁/FVC indicators of the control group and the experimental group were significantly different from those before treatment?p<0.05?,indicating that the treatment of the two groups could significantly improve the airway obstruction of the patients.To compare FEV₁%pred and FEV₁/FVC indicators of two groups of patients after the end of treatment,the experimental group's improvement was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant?p<0.05?,suggesting that the experimental group's treatment to improve lung function was better than the control group.3.Chinese herbal medicine compound of Erchen decoction and Suzijiangqi can significantly improve indicator of patients with AECOPD?type of phlegm obstructing lung?'s PaO₂,PaCO₂ which shows that it can improve oxygenation and reduce carbon dioxide retention.After treatment,the PaO₂,PaCO₂ indicators of the control group and the experimental group's difference were significantly significantly comparing with the before treatment?p<0.05?.This indicates that the both curative treatments can significantly improve the oxygenation and reduce carbon dioxide retention.comparing the indicators of PaO₂ and PaCO₂ in two groups of patients after treatment,the experimental group were perfectly improved better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant?p<0.05?,suggesting that the experimental group to improve oxygenation and reduce carbon dioxide retention was better than the control group.4.Chinese herbal medicine compound of Erchen decoction and Suzijiangqi can significantly improve the inflammatory indicator to WBC and CRP of patients with AECOPD?type of phlegm obstructing lung?.The inflammatory indicators of WBC and CRP between the control group and the experimental group were significantly different before treatment?p<0.05?,indicating that the curative treatments of the two groups can significantly improve the infection level and reduce the degree of inflammation.Two groups of patients after treatment,comparing WBC and CRP indicators between the two group,the improvement of experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant?p<0.05?,suggesting that the curative method used in the experimental group to improve the level of infection and reduce the degree of inflammation,which is better than the control group.Conclusion:using the Chinese herbal medicine compound of Erchen decoction and Suzijiangqi decoction to treat AECOPD?lung phlegm turbidity?can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and sign as well as the clinical curative effect;Chinese herbal medicine compound of Erchen decoction and Suzijiangqi decoction can enhance PaO₂ of patients,reducing PaCO₂,improving the patient's oxygenation and reduce carbon dioxide retention.Chinese herbal medicine compound Erchen decoction and Suzijiangqi decoction can reduce inflammation and improve the degree of infection.
