| Objective: This study aims to observe Blood-Raising Wind-Coursing Decoction jointauricular application treatment of chronic urticaria syndrome of dual deficiency of qi andblood efficacy, and observe patients serum level of histamine, the change of traditionalChinese medicine for chronic urticaria discusses the mechanism of the deficiency of bothqi card.Methods: Randomized method, and in the60cases were randomly divided into A,B two groups, and30cases. A group to Blood-Raising Wind-Coursing Decoction jointauricular application, group B to jade screen particle, relieving itching ears stick (joint oralliquid pressure. And the two groups of patients before and after treatment of serumhistamine level inspection. Result: Group A clinical cure21cases,6cases, the totaleffective rate of90%; Clinical cure group B17cases,9cases were markedly improved, thetotal effective rate of86.67%. The statistical analysis of two recent curative effect nosignificant difference (P＞0.05); Cases of recovery, powerfully3months of follow-up, thegroup A recurrence rate (11.11%) below group B (34.62%), has A statistically significant(P＜0.05). A group of patients before treatment histamine level103.49±4.70μg/L, andtreatment of histamine in serum level of around86.32±7.34μg/L, group B patients beforetreatment histamine level104.86±4.91μg/L, and treatment of histamine in serum level ofaround89.48±6.45μg/L, before and after treatment within the group is, after treatmentbetween group is compared, the result of group A serum histamine level before and aftertreatment was statistically significant difference (P＜0.01), group B serum histamine levelbefore and after treatment was statistically signif. Conclusion: Blood-RaisingWind-Coursing Decoction joint auricular application treatment of chronic urticaria syndrome of dual deficiency of qi and blood is effective measures, the forward curativeeffect is distinct, the recurrence rate is low and its mechanism is probably reduce patientsserum histamine level. |
