Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Skin Pruritus (Blood Deficiency And Liver Flourishing Type) By Runfu Zhiyang Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of runfu zhiyang decoction in the treatment of skin pruritus(blood deficiency and liver flourishing type).Methods:From April 2019 to December 2019,60 patients with skin pruritus who met the inclusion criteria in the dermatology department of the second affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each with 30 patients.The treatment group was treated with runfu zhiyang decoction.The control group was treated with runzao zhiyang capsule orally.The course of treatment was 2 weeks,and clinical symptom scores and TCM syndrome scores were recorded at 0 weeks,1 weeks and 2 weeks after taking the medicine,respectively,and SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis.Result:1.Before and after treatment,the scores of various symptoms(pruritus degree,secondary skin lesions,sleep quality)and TCM syndrome were all reduced to different degrees,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of various clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.70%,and that of the control group was75.00%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Runfu zhiyang decoction can obvious relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with skin pruritus(blood deficiency and liver flourishing type),and reduce the scores of TCM syndrome.2.Runfu zhiyang decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of skin pruritus(blood deficiency and liver flourishing type).
