The Regulate The Menstrual Function Hemostatic Tonga Subtraction Clinical Observation For The Treatment Of Qi Deficiency Type Of Menorrhagia

Purpose: Regulate the menstrual function hemostatic tonga subtraction and white cedar capsules on treating qi deficiency type difference in the clinical effect of the treatment of menorrhagia and curative effectMethod: Into the group of patients to choose in June 2014 to September 2015 changchun Chinese medicine university affiliated hospital patients with gynecological clinics,select into standard,70 patients randomly assigned into the treatment group and control group,each group of 35 people,treatment with an oral regulate the menstrual function hemostatic tonga subtraction treatment group,control group to give oral white cedar capsule treatment.Are beginning on the first day of menstruation,each menstrual cycle even served 7,a total of observing three menstrual cycles.During clinical observation drugs cannot be taken at the same time with other hemostatic effect or drugs may affect the function of blood coagulation,closely observed by volume changes during the treatment for each patient,compare the change of symptom score before and after the treatment,the clinical curative effect of treatment group and control group for analysis and evaluation.Result: Treatment group of 35 cases healed 6 people,16 people were markedly effective,effective 11 people,2 invalid,cure rate 17.14%,show the efficiency of 45.71%,effective rate was 31.42%,no efficiency is 5.71%,the total effective rate was 94.3%,the treatment effect is remarkable.Comparison before and after treatment the symptoms integral,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Control group of 35 cases recovered 3 people,10 people were markedly effective,effective 15 people,7 people,cure rate 8.57%,show the efficiency of 28.57%,effective rate was 42.86%,no efficiency is 20.00%,the total effective rate was 80.0%,the treatment effect is remarkable.Comparison before and after treatment the symptoms integral,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Compare the clinical curative effect of treatment group and control group of the results as follows: the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: Through the observation of the 70 patients with qi deficiency type menorrhagia,draw the conclusion: regulate the menstrual function hemostatic soup and white cedar capsules can effectively reduce menstrual quantity(the MBL),hemostatic effect is reliable.But regulate the menstrual function hemostasis decoction curative effect was better than white cedar capsule,deserves further research and extension.
