Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Cough With Different Acupuncture Therapy Of Tonifying Manipulation Treating Chronic Cough At Lieque?Zhaohai Point

Objective:Research purposes: To compare and observe the therapeutic effects of different Acupuncture Therapy of tonifying manipulation on lieque?zhaohai point in the treatment of chronic cough with "lung and kidney Yin deficiency" and the differences in clinical efficacy,so as to provide a clinical basis for the selection of the best intervention manipulation for chronic cough with lung and kidney Yin deficiency and zhaohai point in order to improve clinical efficacy.Methods:Chronic cough as the main clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome type belongs to lung and kidney Yin deficiency patients as the research object,By using the experimental method of simple randomization and control,60 subjects meeting the inclusion criteria of this subject were randomly divided into breathing combined with acupuncture and tonic therapy group and twisting combined with acupuncture and tonic therapy group,There were 30 cases in each group.breathing combined with acupuncture and tonic therapy group Operation,The patient is told to breathe naturally,and when the patient is exhale,the milli-needle is inserted into the lieque?zhaohai point,After getting the gas,keep the needle for 30 minutes,and take out the needle as the patient inhale.twisting combined with acupuncture and tonic therapy group Operation,The needle is punctured into the lieque?zhaohai point,after the gas,under the needle to get a small extent of twist,Thumb forward left when heavy force,finger force heavy down,thumb backward right turn when the force is light,Repeated operation,leave needle for 30 minutes.The above two groups were treated once a day.10 times is one course of treatment.The curative effect was observed after two treatment courses.The cough symptom score and LCQ score of Leicester cough questionnaire were used as the observation indicators.Spss17.0 was used for data statistical analysis.To compare and evaluate the clinical effects of different acupuncture and tonifying manipulation on lieque?zhaohai point in the treatment of chronic cough with lung and kidney Yin deficiency.To provide the clinical basis for selecting the best intervention technique of lieque?zhaohai point in the treatment of chronic cough so as to improve the clinical effect.Result:(1)Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease,cough syndrome score and LCQ score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),suggesting that the two groups were comparable.(2)There was significant difference in cough syndrome score and LCQ score between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),(P <0.01),which indicated that acupuncture manipulation had therapeutic effect on chronic cough.(3)There were significant differences in the difference of cough syndrome score and LCQ score between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05,P<0.05),which indicated that the therapeutic effect of the respiratory supplement group was better than that of the twirling therapy group.(4)The more effective rate was 80% in the breathing combined with acupuncture and tonic therapy group,43.3% for the twisting combined with acupuncture and tonic therapy group,The recovery rate of respiration group was higher than that of twist group,It is indicated that the clinical curative effect of the respiratory supplement group is better than that of the twist-to-supplement group.Conclusion:Two kinds of acupuncture tonifying methods are effective in treating chronic cough,the method of breathing and tonifying,and the method of twirling and invigorating,and the clinical curative effect of the treatment of the chronic cough due to the yin deficiency type of the lung is obviously superior to that of the twisting and repairing method,and the clinical curative effect of the breathing combined with acupuncture and tonic therapy group for treating the chronic cough of the lung-kidney-yin-deficiency type is obviously superior to that of the twisting-up method,This study provides a clinical basis for the optimization of acupuncture intervention on lieque?zhaohai point in the treatment of chronic cough,so as to improve the clinical efficacy.
