Objective(1)To understand the general situation of patients with hypertension in rural areas of Jieshou City,Anhui Province.(2)To investigate the compliance of patients with hypertension with medication.(3)To find out the factors that affect the compliance of patients with hypertension with medication.(4)To propose a preliminary intervention plan for improving the target behavior of patients with hypertension with medication compliance.Methods(1)In August 2019,using the artificial intelligence and cloud platform technology of the University of Science and Technology, artificial intelligence doctors conducted structured follow-up.In January 2020,all hypertensive patients in a village affiliated to Taomiao Town,Jieshou City were selected as household survey targets.Based on the health files of hypertension patients provided by the clinic, the survey subjects were initially screened to conduct household surveys and face-to-face surveys The method of data collection, the content of the survey mainly includes the general demographic characteristics of the respondents, compliance with medication, and knowledge of rational drug use.Qualitative interviews of patients with hypertension were conducted at the same time as the household survey, and the interviewees did not overlap with the on-site survey subjects.According to the interview outline prepared in advance in this study, the two interviewers who were trained conducted face-to-face interviews with the interviewees and recorded the entire process.(2)Epi Data3.1 was used for data entry management, and the collected quantitative data used SPSS25.0 Software for description and statistical analysis. For the blood pressure data of households surveyed in the past six months,Microsoft Excel 2010 was used to describe the scatter plots of the diastolic and systolic bloodpressure of the surveyed subjects.Using Nvivo11 qualitative analysis software to analyze the qualitative interview data.(3)Based on the above statistical analysis, combined with artificial intelligence technology to design a set of preliminary intervention programs aimed at improving the compliance of hypertension patients taking medication.Results(1)Human-computer coupled follow-up survey of 2004 hypertensive patients, collecting 1569 valid data,of which 1319 patients took antihypertensive drugs, the medication rate was 84%.a total of 114 hypertensive patients in the household survey,of which 94 patients took Antihypertensive drugs, the medication rate was 82.4%.(2)According to analysis of self-made medication compliance scale: 46 patients with hypertension had poor medication compliance, accounting for 48.9%,and 48 patients with hypertension had good medication compliance,51.1% of the patients had good medication compliance.(3)25 people had a good understanding of rational medication knowledge, accounting for 25.3%,with a total average score of(174.76 ±1.94),which had a high degree of poor understanding of rational medication knowledge There were 74 patients with blood pressure, accounting for 74.7%,with a total average score of(87.57 ± 2.41).According to three dimensions, the knowledge of rational medication is divided into drug knowledge, medication behavior, and medication awareness.Among them, the average score of the drug knowledge of the respondents is(61.4 ± 29)points,and the average score of the drug behavior is(109.3± 21)points.The average score is(34.2 ± 11)points.(4)The age, duration of medication, duration of illness,BMI and total hospitalization costs may be affected by single factor analysis of variance(P <0.05).(5)multiple regression The analysis results show that: 4 of the 5 meaningful independent variables are included in the regression model, indicating that the compliance of patients with hypertension is mainly affected by age, duration of hypertension, duration of medication, and total cost of hospitalization.(6)Pearson correlation Analysis: The total score of medication compliance was significantly positively correlated with the score of medicationbehavior, the score of medication awareness, and the total score of knowledge, with correlation coefficients of 0.766,0.815,and 0.750,respectively.There was no significant correlation between the total score of medication compliance and the score of drug knowledge. Conclusions In the rural areas of Jieshou City, the rate of taking medication for patients with hypertension is high, but the problem of poor medication compliance is significant. It takes a lot of effort to complete.High-risk groups should focus on management, such as carrying out personalized education and propaganda, supervising regular blood pressure measurement and medication reminders to improve the health awareness of patients with hypertension.Secondly, the role of village doctors in the management of hypertension cannot be ignored,so enhancing the village doctor's own medical literacy is also a top priority.Conducting medication compliance intervention under remote ambulatory blood pressure monitoring for hypertensive patients is a new management model for medication compliance of hypertension, which provides a reference for further improving the national hypertension management level.
