Effect Analysis About Hybrid Technique In The Treatment Of Complex Incisional Hernia

Objective:To analyze the application and effect about hybrid technique in the treatment of complex abdominal incisional hernia.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 61 patients of complex incisional hernia,who underwent hybrid technique in the second affiliated hospital of soochow university during July 2013 to July 2018.The operation time?the bleeding during operation?postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications were analyzed.Results:The operation of 61 patients with complex incisional hernia was successful.Among them,there were 52 cases of huge incisional hernia,9 cases of recurrent incisional hernia,the length of incision was 14.46±2.22cm.The operation time was 140.74±43.24min,the bleeding during operation was 59.02±35.20ml,the score of postoperative pain after 24 hours was 3.97±0.91,the score of postoperative pain after 48 hours was 2.85±0.67,postoperative hospital stay was 7.54±2.88d.Patients were followed up for 12-72 months.There were 2 cases of seroma,1 case of wound infection,2 cases of chronic pain,no case of death and recurrence.Conclusions:Hybrid technique is a effective and reliable surgical method to repair complex incisional hernia of abdominal wall.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
