Objective:The Objective of this study is to demonstrate the feasibility, safety and effect of the laparoscopic ventral incisional hernia repair. Methodes:The cilinical data of 120 patients with incisional hernia who were treated in our hospital from June 2010 to October 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. There were 72 patients were treated with Laparoscopic ventral hernia repair.90 patients were treated with Olay repairs. The operation time, the postoperative hospitalization times, peri-operative bleeding, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative activity time, hospitalization time, postoperative complications etc, in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:no difference was noticed between the two groups in age, gender, body mass index, incisional hernia diameter. In the LVHR group, mean operative time was 94.12min, mean peri-operative bleeding was 16.25ml.mean postoperative activity time was1.26d,mean postoperative exhaust time was 1.29. no one had serum and wound infection,9cases were treated by painkiller. In the Onlay group, mean operative time wasl32.77min, mean peri-operative bleeding was 55.7ml.mean postoperative activity time was1.8d,mean postoperative exhaust time was 1.6,7cases had wound infection,62cases were treated by painkiller. There were significant difference between the two groups with operative time, postoperative activity time, postoperative exhaust time postoperative hospitalization, postoperative pain.68cases in the LVHR group were followed-up for 3monthes to 52 monthes, there were 3 case had a recurrence, the recurrence rate was 4.41%.85 cases in the Onlay group were followed-up for 3monthes to 52 monthes, there were 4 case had a recurrence, the recurrence rate was 4.70%.Conclusion:Two Hernioplasties for incisional hernia are safe and feasible, LVHR has virtues such as little trauma, quick recovery, low recurrence rate and low rate of the incision infection?... |
