An Investigation And Clinical Research On Metabolic Syndrome Of Middle-aged And Elderly People Of Yi Nationality In Shilin,Yunnan

Objectives:To investigate and investigate the prevalence of the metabolic syndrome and the detection rate of each diagnostic component of the Yi middle-aged and elderly people in the Shilin area of Yunnan,and to explore and search for its related factors and predictive indicators,which is the metabolic synthesis of the Yi middle-aged and elderly people in the Shilin area of Yunnan provide new ideas for early prevention and clinical treatment.Methods:1.A cross-sectional survey method was used to select 386 middle-aged and elderly Yi people from Changhu Town,Shilin County,Yunnan Province.A total of 340 cases,aged 43 to 103 years,were excluded after missing data were excluded.There were 111 males and 229 females.According to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Diabetes Society(CDS)metabolic syndrome of 2004:measuring blood pressure,blood sugar,blood lipid,body mass index(BMI)and other indicators to diagnose metabolic syndrome;2.Questionnaire survey:collect the basic information of the subjects(gender,age,physical activity intensity,education level,smoking and drinking history,tea drinking history and related medical history,etc.),and measure the cognitive function and daily living ability scale(Barthel index);3.Physical examination:measure the subject's blood pressure,height,weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,triceps skinfold thickness,calf circumference,etc;4.Laboratory tests:Summarize subjects' fasting plasma glucose(FPG),cholesterol(Total cholesterol,TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low Low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and uric acid(UA),etc.Results:1.According to the CDS standard,the prevalence of metabolic syndrome in the middle-aged and elderly people of the Yi nationality in Shilin,Yunnan Province is 19.4%.Among the diagnostic components of MS,the detection rate of hypertension is 66.5%,the detection rate of dyslipidemia is 43.2%,and the overweight/obesity test The detection rate was 31.5%,and the detection rate of hyperglycemia was 10.0%.2.Compared with various age groups,the peak of the prevalence is 50-59 years old group;among the diagnostic components of MS,the detection rate of hypertension in men is higher than that in women,and the detection rate of overweight is in the 50-59 year old group,60-69 year old,70-79 year old There is a difference between them,the older the age,the lower the overweight detection rate.3.MS and age,FPG,TG,TC,HDL-C,UA,SBP,DBP,BMI,height,weight,upper arm circumference,triceps skinfold thickness,calf circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,cognitive function score and other indicators closely related.4.The middle-aged and elderly people of Yi people in Changhu,Shilin,Yunnan,account for 83.5%of the people with at least one abnormal component,and the highest proportion of "overweight+hypertension+dyslipidemia" among the different combinations of the four diagnostic components of metabolic syndrome is 12.9%.5.MS is closely related to FPG,UA,DBP,BMI,HDL,HDL is the protective factor of MS;ROC curve analysis of UA prediction MS results in a cut-off value of 289.5 ?mol/L,with high accuracy.UA can be used as one of a prediction index for MS.Conclusions:1.The prevalence of metabolic syndrome in the middle-aged and elderly people of the Yi ethnic group in the Changhu area of Shilin,Yunnan is relatively high.MS is more common in the middle-aged and elderly population in this area.At the same time,the detection rate of hypertension and dyslipidemia is high,which should be paid attention to it.2.The middle-aged and elderly people of Yi nationality in the Changhu area of Shilin over 50 years old are the key intervention groups for MS.Some controllable risk factors should be intervened early to treat basic diseases such as hypertension,hyperglycemia,dyslipidemia,and high uric acid,and promote smoking cessation limits.Drink alcohol,strengthen exercise,maintain normal weight,and strengthen health education.3.Emphasis should be given to strengthening the early identification,prevention and intervention of high-risk populations with the combination of "overweight+hypertension+dyslipidemia";as long as there are abnormal metabolic components(one or more),early intervention should be conducted.4.MS is closely related to FPG,UA,DBP,BMI,HDL,HDL is the protective factor of MS;UA has high accuracy in predicting MS,and UA can be used as one of the predictive indicators of MS.
