Problems And Countermeasures Of Suzhou Medical Social Work Localization

With the advancement of the reform on the medical and health system,the escalation of conflicts between doctors and patients,and the transformation of traditional medical models,modern medical humanities require the establishment of a new medical humanistic care system led by medical social workers.The medical social workers originated in western countries are facing difficulties and crises in our country.Imbalanced development,lack of localization,incomplete systems and policies,and lack of talents have become the bottlenecks for the development of medical social work.How to adjust the service of medical social work and give full play to the local effectiveness of medical social work is a social problem that needs to be solved urgently.In order to explore the localization of medical social work in Suzhou,this article focuses on the status of medical social work services in Suzhou,focusing on the problems in the localization of medical social work,and use semi-structured interviews to collect data.On the basis of understanding the status quo of the localization of medical social work in Suzhou,this paper analyzes the problems in its localization practice,and then discusses the strategies for localization of medical social work.The study found that the localized services of medical social work in Suzhou present the characteristics of strong dependence on the government,low participation of social forces,close ties between the major players in the medical social work system,and a single service system.Targeting the difficulties in the localization of medical social work,propose corresponding strategic recommendations from the three levels of government leadership,strengthening multi-party cooperation in the medical social work system,and exploring multiple services,to promote the localization of Suzhou medical social work.The article will be discussed in seven parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which elaborates the background,problems,significance and literature review of the research.The second chapter is the research design,including research methods,theoretical support and definition of related concepts.The third chapter introduces the template of medical social work,and selects the United States,Japan from overseas,Hong Kong,Taiwan and Shanghai of China as the reference template for the experience of medical social work in Suzhou.The fourth chapter is an introduction to the status quo.It explains the status quo of the localization of Suzhou medical social work in three aspects from the context of development,service content and service methods.The fifth chapter is the problem analysis part.Based on the previous description of the current status of Suzhou medical social workers,it analyzes the difficulties and problems of localization of Suzhou medical social workers from the macro,meso and micro levels.The sixth chapter is the part of countermeasures and suggestions,which echoes the previous paragraphs,refines viewpoints,and puts forward suggestions and strategies for the localization of medical social work.The seventh part summarizes and reflects on the full text.
