Fire Needle With Proximal Needling For The Treatment Of Limb Swelling After Cerebral Infarction By Clinical Study

Objective:To evaluate about swelling regression,swelling degree score and the swelling range score the clinical effect of fire needle with proximal needling treatment on limb swelling after cerebral infarction and to explore a safe and effective method for patients with limb swelling after cerebral infarctionMethods:90 patients were randomly divided into fire needle with proximal needling group and conventional acupuncture control group.Both groups of patients were treated with hospitalization for cerebral infarction basic treatment,and scalp acupuncture treatment.In addition to the basic treatment,the treatment group was treated with fire needle near-prick method;the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.treatment twice a day,14 days as a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment.The swelling regression was objectively reflected by the measurement table of the circumference diameter of the affected limb,and the whole change of swelling was reflected by the swelling degree score and the swelling range score The score reflected the recovery of limb motor function,and the data were statistically analyzedResults:(1)The difference between the two groups was significant difference(P<0.05),which indicated that both the fire needle with proximal needling group and the conventional acupuncture control group could improve the diameter of the affected limb,and the fire needle with proximal needling group was superior to the conventional-needle group(2)The difference between the two groups was significant difference(P<0.05),which indicated that both groups could improve the swelling degree and swelling range,and the fire needle with proximal needling group was superior to the conventional acupuncture group(3)The difference between the two groups was significant difference(P<0.05),which indicated that both the fire needle with proximal needling group and the conventional acupuncture control group could improve the motor function of the limbs(4)After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.In the control group,4 cases recovered basically,13 cases improved significantly,27 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 97.78%.In the treatment group,11 cases recovered basically,27 cases improved significantly,7 cases were effective,0 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 100.00%.the results showed significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of the fire needle with proximal needling group on limb swelling after cerebral infarction was better than that of the conventional acupuncture control group.Conclusion:(1)Both the Fire needle with proximal needling Group and the Conventional Acupuncture Group have curative effect on limb swelling after cerebral infarction,which can improve the patient's limb circumference,swelling degree,swelling range and limb movement function(2)Fire needle with proximal needling Group for The treatment of limb swelling after cerebral infarction was better than that of conventional acupuncture group(3)The treatment of limb swelling after cerebral infarction by Fire needle with proximal needling Group is effective,and has unique advantages in improving limb swelling and motor function,which is worthy of clinical research and promotion.
