Fire Needle Combined With Rehabilitation Training Treatment The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Upper Limb Spasm After Cerebral Apoplexy

Objective: To observe the fire needle combined with rehabilitation training treatment effect for the treatment of upper limb spasm after cerebral apoplexy,and demonstrate that the use of fine long hair fire needle treatment of upper limb spasm cerebral apoplexy tangibility and theory is scientific.Methods: Select autonomous regional hospital of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture,neurology,neurosurgery,rehabilitation outpatient and ward into standard of 60 patients,randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group using fire needle combined with rehabilitation training,The control group with filiform needle combined with rehabilitation training.7 days of treatment for a period of treatment,treatment 2 course of treatment.After treatment with FMA score,modified Ashworth score curative effect evaluation.Results:(1),the overall effect: the treatment group cured 8 cases,7 cases,effective in 13 cases,2 cases,efficiency 93.33%;control group,5cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective in 12 cases,5 cases,efficiency 83.33%;there are differences between the two groups of comparison(P<0.05).(2),FMA score comparison before and after treatment in both groups,two groups all have effect,but the treatment group than the control group the effect is more obvious.(3),Modified Ashworth score comparison before and after treatment in both groups,two groups have obvious effect,but the treatment group is better than the control group.(4),Two groups of no adverse reactions occurred in the process of treatment.Conclusion: Fire needle combined with rehabilitation training can significantly improve the upper limb spasm after cerebral apoplexy,and obvious better than filiform needle combined with rehabilitation training to improve the effect,shorter work time,reduce the patient's pain and save patients with medical care,is worth popularizing in clinical further.
