Background.Medical workers of community health service centers as our health gatekeepers,their work attitudes and behaviors are related to the healthy development of community health service centers on the one hand,and to graded medical treatment Although community health services have been continuously developed and reformed in recent years,there are many problems in the process of moving forward,so building a community-based medical service team with high satisfaction and high stability is important for the continuous improvement of medical workers in community health service centers.The service level plays a vital role in ensuring the continued development of community medical care.In recent years,with the development of positive psychology,work input has gradually become one of the hot topics in academic research.Job satisfaction is a very important attitude research indicator in management,and it is also the touchstone of the occupational health of employees.In essence,the working attitude of practitioners is inseparable from the influence of the external environment.Organizational support,as an important part of external factors,plays an important role in promoting the development of practitioners and correct attitudes to improve their work enthusiasm.Therefore,in this article,we will study the relationship between the sense of organizational support,job satisfaction and job input of medical workers in community health service centers,try to explore how to increase the level of work input.Objectives.To study the organizational support,job satisfaction,job input status and their respectiveinfluencing factors of medical workers in community health service centers.And to analyze the relationship between organizational support,job satisfaction and job engagement.And to discuss the medical work of community health service centers.The role of job satisfaction of medical workers in the community health service center in the relationship between organizational support and job engagement.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve perceived organizational support,job satisfaction and job input of medical workers in the community health service center.Methods.This research mainly adopts the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method,and adopts the convenience sampling method to take 5 600 community health service center medical workers in a district of Beijing as the research object.The research tools include demographic data questionnaire,organizational support scale,job satisfaction scale and job engagement scale for medical workers in the community health service center.Descriptive statistical analysis,independent sample t-test,single factor analysis,correlation test,multiple regression analysis,structural equation model,intermediary effect test and other statistical methods were used.Results.1.The status of medical workers in community health service centers perceived organizational support,job satisfaction and work engagement.The total average score of organizational support of community medical workers(4.85?1.17).,which is in the upper middle level.The overall average score of job satisfaction of medical workers in community health service centers is(3.59?0.67),which is at the upper middle level.Each dimension of job satisfaction from high to low is intrinsic satisfaction(4.31?0.89)and external satisfaction(3.47?0.77).The total average score of work input of community medical workers(4.25?1.28),which is at the upper middle level.The dimensions of work input from low to high are concentration(4.05 ? 1.41),vitality(4.31?1.31),and dedication(4.38?1.33).2.The influencing factors of medical workers in community health service centers perceived organizational support,job satisfaction and work engagement.According to the specific analysis,it was found that the age,education level,working years,technical title and whether they were working or not had significant effects on perceived organizational support(P<0.05).The job satisfaction of community medical workers at a high level.Further study found that the age,education level,working years and whether they were employed or not also had a statistically significant impact on job satisfaction(P<0.05).The work input of medical workers is in the upper-middle level in the community health service center.There were also significant differences in job input among medical workers with different education level,employment,technical position,age and annual income(P<0.05).3.The correlation among perceived organizational support,job satisfaction and work engagement of hospital administrators.There was a positive correlation between organizational support,job satisfaction(internal satisfaction,external satisfaction),job engagement(and related factors of job engagement)(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between medical workers in community health service centers perceived organizational support,job satisfaction and work engagement of hospital administrators,and the correlation coefficients of medical workers perceived organizational support,job satisfaction and work engagement were r=0.761,r=0.666,r=0.511.The three dimensions of organizational support,jobsatisfaction and job engagement are also positively related.4.Multiple linear regression shows that working years,job position,annual income,perceived organizational support,age,technical title may affect job input(P<0.05).5.Job satisfaction plays an intermediary role between the community health service center workers' perceived organizational support and job commitment.Conclusions1.The perceived organizational support,job satisfaction and job input of medical workers are in the upper-middle level in the community health service center.2.There is a positive correlation among perceived organizational support,job satisfaction and job input of medical workers in the community health service center And there is a positive correlation among the dimensions of the three variables.3.Age,working years,job position,technical title,employment,annual income,perceived organizational support and job satisfaction are significant factors affecting the work input of medical workers in community hospital.It can significantly predict the work input level of medical workers in the community health service center.4.Job satisfaction of medical workers plays an intermediary role between perceived organizational support and job commitment in the community health service centerPolicy Implications.1.To establish and improve a reward mechanism to promote performance management reform.2.To create a good working environment and give employees attention and support.3.Building a good and harmonious communication feedback mechanism.4.Increase investment in support for grassroots medical workers and improve the personnel training system.5.Medical workers promote self-worth and strive for organizational recognition and support.
