Research On Collaborative Management Of Juvenile Myopia In China

Since 1990,the prevalence of juvenile myopia in China has maintained a rapid growth trend,and has become one of the countries with high prevalence of juvenile myopia in the world.The prevalence of myopia continues to increase,and the rate of myopia has been kept at a high level.The younger age of myopia becomes more severe,which has an impact on the health of adolescents.This has become a problem that different subjects,such as schools,society,families,adolescents and so on,pay attention to.Based on this,the Party Central Government,the State Council and other departments began to pay close attention to children's eye health problemsIn this paper,literature,case analysis,logical analysis and expert interviews are used to conduct in-depth study on the treatment of juvenile myopia,case analysis is mainly to analyze the professional institutions of Wuhan City,analysis of its participants and measures,the effectiveness of juvenile myopia prevention and control in Wuhan City,and summarizes the experience and Enlightenment of collaborative management of juvenile myopia.On this basis,the model of "medical and educational cooperation" for the treatment of juvenile myopia is constructed,and then the path of "medical and educational cooperation" for the treatment of juvenile myopia is put forward.Finally,the conclusion is drawn.According to the study:1)The factors affecting adolescent myopia are complex.Although the technology of medical treatment for adolescent myopia is advancing rapidly at present,single medical prevention and treatment can not solve the fundamental problem and can not contain the high trend of adolescent myopia in China.The education department has taken many measures to prevent myopia,many reasons lead to the effect is not ideal.The theory of collaborative governance emphasizes that multi-agent can solve major social problems in coordination,which is suitable for solving the problem of juvenile myopia in this paper.2)Wuhan city was established as a pilot area for prevention and control of juvenile myopia by the Ministry of education more than ten years ago.At present,the experience of prevention and control of myopia has been leading other regions in China,and has been reported and praised by mainstream media for many times.Through in-depth analysis of the experience of Wuhan adolescent myopia collaborative governance enlightenment:(1)establish the cooperative management system of juvenile myopia;(2)play the leading role of the government;(3)establish the professional organization of myopia prevention and control;(4)carry out the innovation of vision health management3)Prevention and control of myopia of children and adolescents needs the governance mode of "medical and educational cooperation",the main body includes the government,society,medical and health institutions,schools,professional visual,family and prevention institutions and other aspects of joint efforts,each of which performs its own duties,and carries out collaborative governance from the horizontal and vertical.4)The main path of juvenile myopia collaborative governance:(1)to build a government led organization and management guarantee mechanism;(2)to actively issue policies to ensure the in-depth integration of medical and educational cooperation;(3)to integrate resources to ensure the human,material and financial resources of medical and educational cooperation;(4)to innovate methods to ensure the governance effect of medical and educational cooperation;(5)to improve evaluation methods to ensure the effectiveness of medical and educational cooperation Evaluation results;(6)increasing physical exercise time is an effective way to protect children's eyesight.
