| With the gradual strengthening of China’s social economy,the medical and health-care fields are also developing constantly,helping the masses to solve an increasing number of medical problems.However,the contradiction between the medical industry and patients is also increasing.From this point of view,the reform of the medical and health system is very necessary.The reform of the new medical and health system can not only better balance the harmonious development of society and country,but also strongly promote the rapid rise of national economy.Therefore,the reform of medical and health system is a significant decision in China’s reform and development,which is also a vital important strategic deployment for China’s future development.In the reform of public hospitals,one of the main tasks is to improve the supervision mechanism of public hospitals,implement information transparency,improve the performance appraisal system of public hospitals,and strengthen the supervision of medical safety and quality and economic operation.Moreover,performance appraisal has become a widespread appraisal system and should be applied to all hospitals.The whole article is based on the new medical reform policy.Referring to a number of real cases in domestic and foreign public hospitals in performance management,the author adopted research methods of literature analysis and big data analysis.By analyzing F public hospital in performance management under the background of new health care reform,the author pointed out the problems and studied its emergence reasons and finally put forward some effective strategies for the optimization. |
