Clinical Study Of Modified Yanghe Decoction In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis(Yang Deficiency And Cold Coagulation)

Objective: his exploratory study is based on TCM theory guidance,this observation study is to select patients with Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type who meet the standard and orthopedic related patients from our hospital uses Jiawei Yanghe decoction granules to treat Yang-defensive knee and cold coagulation-type osteoarthritis,and compares symptoms such as pain level,joint movement bow,and treatment effects in stages1–3 before and in the background..Purpose of Oral Medicines To evaluate the safety,efficacy and improvement of Yanghetang oral granules.Methods:All patients in this study are patients with knee osteoarthritis(Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type)in our hospital.According to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,72 patients with knee osteoarthritis(Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type)were selected as subjects.The granular Yanghe decoction was taken orally,twice a day,with 2 weeks as a course of treatment.The duration is 3 courses,VAS score,LKS score and WOMAC score were used as observation indexes.And use SPSS24.0 for statistical analysis of data.Results: a total of 72 patients,16 were clinically cured,40 were significantly effective,14 were effective,2 were ineffective,the total effective rate was 97.22%,after three courses of treatment,VAS score,WOMAC score,LKS score of patients were significantly changed,P < 0.05,with statistical significance,indicating that oral Jiawei Yanghe Decoction granules can effectively alleviate the adverse effects of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type of knee osteoarthritis The pain,activity and living standard of the patients have been improved,which can be studied for a long time.However,there is little change in the two courses of treatment compared with the three courses of treatment.Although it has statistical significance,it has little reference value.Conclusion:Jiawei Yanghe oral decoction has a positive effect in the treatment of the first chronic knee disease.Jiawei Yanghe Decoction Oral System can reduce patients symptoms,gradually improve knee function,and improve patient well-being.In addition,the oral system of Jiawei Yanghe Granule Decoction is simple,the treatment with granules is easy to perform and is well received by patients.At that time,the patient had no side effects during treatment,so Jiawei Yanghe decoction should be used in clinics and research.
