Clinical Curative Effcet Observation Of Modifed Yanghe Decoction In The Treatment Of Patients With Knee Osteoarthritis That Belongs To The Yang Deficiency Cold Coagulation Syndrome

Objective: The purpose of the study is to provide more effective treatments for KOA with observing the clinical efficacy of knee osteoarthritis on Yang Deficiency syndrome decoction and the influence of related to joint symptoms and laboratory indexes by using Modified Yanghe Decoction.Method: In this study,the retrospective experimental study was adopted.Depending on the treatment received,to collect the data of a total of 73 patients of Yang-deficiency syndrome KOA who see a doctor during the period from June 2018 to December 2019 in clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and divide them into three groups: group A(24 cases),group B(26 cases),and group C(23 cases).Group C received basic treatment and celecoxib capsules,and oral Modified Yanghe Decoction and Duhuojisheng Decoction were added to group A B and C,respectively.Each group was treated for a total of 4 weeks.The Three observed items were recorded before treatment and at weeks 1,2,4,and 8 to determine the effects and side effects of using the drug.Result: Data from the three groups before the experiment began can be compared(P>0.001).VAS score,WOMAC score,TCM syndrome score: All three methods work(P<0.05).At the 1st week and 2nd week,There was no difference between the three groups(P>0.05).At weeks 4 and 8,the first two scores in group A were better than those in group C,and the second score was better than those in group B(P>0.05),Each of the first two groups did better than the third group,and the scores of the first two groups were the same.But for the third type of integral,the first group was better than the second group(P<0.05).Perceived cold sensation: The first group did better than the next two(P < 0.05),Group A was superior to groups B or C.The general condition of TCM symptoms: Treatment outcomes for the three groups at week 4 indicated that their improvement was 95.83%、92.31% and 91.30%,which have not statistically significant.Safety: All patients had no serious adverse reactions during the use of the drug.Only 2 mild adverse reactions occurred in the population of group C.Conclusion: Modified Yanghe Decoction can reduce the degree of pain in patients of Yang Deficiency KOA.And the long-term outcome of it in Improving knee function and and patient constitutional symptoms,specially in perceiving cold sensation,is better than using only selexib capsules or selecting Duhuojisheng Decoction.People treated with Modified Yanghe Decoction had no adverse reactions,which indicated that the incidence of adverse reactions of Modified Yanghe Decoction was low and it had certain clinical application value.
