To Observe The Clinical Therapeutic Effect Of Fire Needle Treatment Ofyang Deficiency Cyst Type Acne

ObjectiveIntends to clinical Zhongyang virtual matter cysts nodular acne patients were used to fire needle combined with oral Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction and Western medicine treatment, through the analysis and comparison of a number of indicators before and after treatment, adverse reactions and recurrence rate, a preliminary judge the therapeutic effect of fire needle therapy for treatment of cyst of Yang deficiency constitution nodular acne and clinical application feasibility and clinical value.MethodsDepartment of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine Ersha Island branch of the skin, and traditional therapy in selected 60 patients met the inclusion criteria of Yang deficiency constitution cystic nodular acne patients, were randomly assigned to two groups,30 in each group. In the treatment group were treated by acupuncture treatment, fire needle therapy for a week 2 times or every 3,1,8 times for a course of treatment were treated two courses. The control group oral isotretinoin soft capsules, weight>50kg,30mg/D, weight<50kg 20mg/D,4 weeks for a course of treatment were treated two courses. The total effective rate was 93.33%. The control group was treated withIsotretinoin Soft Capsules after four weeks, the total effective rate was 86.67%. After eight weeks of treatment, treatment group and control group, the total efficiency of all was 96.67%, the difference was not significant, but the cure rate and effective rate and the treatment group is better than control group. The recurrence rate and the compliance of patients, the two groups have better performance, but the treatment group was slightly better than the control group.ConclusionClinical with fire needle therapy combined with oral administration of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction in the treatment of Yang deficiency and phlegm dampness cystic acne satisfied curative effect can be obtained, and compared with western medicine side effect is small, not easy to relapse, fit in line with Yang deficiency and phlegm dampness cystic acne diagnostic criteria in the crowd wide popularization.
