Clinical Observation On Treating Acne Of Spleen Deficiency And Fire Type With Self Made Xiaocuo Decoction Combined With Fire Needle

Objective: This subject is to observe the clinical efficacy comparison of self-made Xiaocuo prescription decoction combined with fire needle therapy and tanshinone capsule combined with fire needle on acne-prone acne vulgaris,compare the difference in follow-up recurrence rates between the two groups.In order to improve the quality of life of patients,and to provide better clinical practice for the treatment of spleen deficiency type acne vulgaris.Methods: From October 2016-2017 years of tutor's clinic during October,Strictly according to the diagnostic and inclusion criteria,92 cases were collected and randomly divided into two groups by random table grouping.There are 3 cases of shedding due to various factors.At the end of the trial,a total of 89 people were involved in the trial,45 in the treatment group and 44 in the control group.The treatment group was given self-made Xiaocuo prescription decoction,including Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala and coix seed,etc.one dose per day,and warm medicine was taken in the morning and evening;the control group using Danshentong Capsules oral treatment,4 tablets each time,3 times a day,two groups were combined with local fire needle external treatment,once a week.The changes of the index of effect before and after treatment and the recurrence of follow-up were observed in both groups,and the score statistics and comprehensive evaluation were carried out.After the observation,all the clinical data were collected by the computer excle table,and the statistical analysis was collected by the SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results: 1.Before treatment,statistical analysis was performed on the sex,average age,average duration,grade of severity of acne lesions,average scores of skin lesions before treatment,and number of grades of lesions,the statistical results of each data of the difference showed no statistically significant(p>0.05),and they were comparable.2.Comparison of two groups after 8 weeks of treatment,the severity of lesions of different grades of curative effect:The total effective rate in the two groups with the of different grade of disease p>0.05.Treating mild and severe acne the two groups of with no significant divergence(p>0.05),but the two groups of moderate acne efficacy compared to p=0.003(p<0.05),the results showed that the two groups were different in the treatment of moderate acne,and the data showed that the treatment group was remarkably superior than the control group.3.Comparison before and after treatment of damage score:(1)After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of skin loss of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,p<0.01,and the difference was more significant,and the average score of skin lesions in the two groups was significantly lower than that before the treatment.The results showed that the effect of two treatments in improving the skin lossing of the patients with acne was better.(2)After 4 weeks of treatment,the difference between the two groups of scores of skin loss before and after treatment was was not remarkably significant(p=0.104>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the divergence between the two groups of skin lesions score before and after treatment was p=0.006(p<0.05),the divergence was statistically significant.The mean value of skin loss in the treatment group was significanclly lower than that of the B group after 4 weeks and 8 weeks,and the decrease of the score of skin loss in the treatment group was remarkably superior than that of the B group before and after treatment,the treatment group showed better advantages than the control group.4.Total efficiency comparison:(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate and the curative effect the p value of the two groups were all greater than 0.05.But 84.44% of the treatment group was remarkably superior than that of the control group 70.45%.(2)After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was compared with the curative effect.p<0.05,and the divergence was statistically significant,and the treatment group was 93.33% higher than that of the control group(77.27%).5.The two groups had less adverse reactions and mild symptoms,indicating that this research method has certain safety.6.Follow up for 2 months showed that the recurrence rate of the two groups was remarkably significant,and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusions: The local external treatment of fire needle combined with self-made Xiaocuo prescription decoction or Danshentong Capsules can effectively treat acne with spleen deficiency and fire type,and can effectively improve the skin lesions of patients with acne,but the improvement of acne in the treatment group is more significant,and the patient compliance is higher in clinical application.The total effective rate and total curative effect of the self-made Xiaocuo prescription decoction combined with fire needle local therapy is better than that of tanshinone capsule internal combustion combined with fire needle local therapy,and in the treatment of moderate acne and recurrence rate,the self-made Xiaocuo prescription decoction group has more advantages than the tanshinone capsule group,and there are fewer adverse reactions.Self-made Xiaocuo prescription decoction combined with fire needle treat spleen deficiency and fire type acne efficacy is considerable,long-term efficacy is good,and safe,it is worthy of clinical application.
