Clinical Research On Jianpi Shufeng Decoction Combined With Acupoint Catgut Embedding In Treating With Chronic Urticaria

Objective:to observe the efficacy and safety of jianpi shufeng decoction combined with acupoint embedding in the treatment of Chronic Urticaria.By detecting the changes in serum Ig E and CD4+/CD8+ levels before and after the treatment.From the perspective of immunity,to understand he effect of jianpi shufeng decotion ombined with acupoint catgut embedding in Treating with Chronic Urticaria of Spleen Deficiency Syndrome.Methods: By using randomized controlled trials,99 patients who mets the standards of diagnosis were divided into experiental gruop,control group 1and control group 2,with 33 patitents.1.The experimental group was treated with jianpi shufeng decotion and acupoint catgut embedding.The control group 1 take desloratadine citrate tablets with acupoint embedding.The control group 2 were treated with jianpi shufeng decotion.2.4 weeks was a course,and after 2 courses(8 weeks),the clinical efficacy of the3 groups were evaluuated and statistically analyzed.3.The changes of serum Ig E and CD4+/CD8+ levels in three groups before and after treatment were detected and recorded for analyzed.Results:1.Of 99 included patients,7were ablated and 92 were effective.The comparison of baseline data of three groups including gender,age,course of disease,conditon,serum CD4+/CD8+ levels,Ig E levels was not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.After the treatment,by comparing between inter-group and intra-groupsymptom scores and TCM syndrome scores of three groups,showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The experimental group was better than two control groups.3.After the treatment,the DLQI scores of the three groups were all lower than that before,and showed statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).However there was no statistically significant between the groups.4.After the treatment,the serum levels of CD4+/CD8+ in the three groups were compared with those before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total serum Ig E level was decrease,and the comparison between three groups before and after was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Three groups weren't showed statistically significant difference(P>0.05).5.At the end of the treatment,the total effective rate was 96.77% in the experimental group,73.33% in the control group 1,and 82.87% in the control group 2.There was no statistically significant difference between three groups(P>0.05).Compared between experimental group with control group 1,the diverse was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with control group 2,the diverse was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).6.After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was compared: 6.45% in the experimental group,23.33% in the control group 1,and 3.23% in the control group 2.The comparison between the experimental group and control group 1 was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison between the experimental group and control group 2 was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).7.After 3 months of follow-up The recurrence rate was 10.00% in the experimental group,40.91% in the control group 1,30.77% in the control group 2.Difference between three groups showed statistically significant difference.(P<0.05).Conclusion:jianpi shufeng decotion combined with acupoint catgut embedding is effective and safe in treating Chronic Urticaria with spleen deficiency.Compare with desloratadine citrate tablets with acupoint embedding,the Chinese medicine group,it has certain advantages in controlling the recurrence of the disease.
