Shufeng Huoxue Decoction Combined With Acupoint Autohemotherapy To Treat Wind-heat Combined With Blood Stasis Clinical Study On Chronic Urticaria

Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy,safety and recurrence of treating chronic urticaria of wind-heat plus blood stasis by Shufenghuoxue decoction combined with acupoint autohemotherapy,and to preliminarily explore the mechanism of action by observing total serum IgE.To provide a treatment for chronic urticaria.Methods: Seventy-five patients who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient department were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,with 25 patients in each group.Among them,group A received oral Chinese medicine,group B received acupoint injection,and group C received Chinese medicine combined with acupoint injection.The clinical symptom score,Urticaria activity score(UAS),Dermatology life quality index(DLQI)and adverse reactions of the three groups of patients were evaluated to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Follow-up was conducted 1 month after the end of treatment to observe the recurrence rate.Result:1.Comparison of the total effective rate: the total effective rate of group A was 50%,the total effective rate of group B was 40%,and the total effective rate of group C was 85.7%.After statistical comparison of the three groups,the total effective rate of group A and group B was P>0.05,while that of group A and group C,group B and group C was P < 0.05,indicating that the effect of group C was better than that of group A and B.2.Comparison of symptoms of each group before and after treatment: the clinical symptom scores of patients in the three groups decreased significantly,and there were significant differences after statistical analysis(P<0.05),indicating that the symptoms of the three groups were improved after treatment.In terms of the improvement of pruritus symptoms,group A had effect after 2 weeks of treatment,group B had effect after 3 weeks of treatment,and group C had effect after 1 week of treatment.In terms of the reduction of the number of anemone,group A started to act after 2 weeks of treatment,group B started to act after 3 weeks of treatment,and group C started to act after 1 week of treatment.This indicated that the onset time of group C was faster than that of group A and B.3.In terms of the improvement of urticaria disease activity,the disease activity of the three groups was significantly improved after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),but the traditional Chinese medicine combined with autohemosis group showed significant advantages in each course of treatment.4.Comparison of the improvement of life quality of skin diseases showed that P < 0.05 was statistically analyzed before and after treatment in the three groups,indicating that all three groups had significant improvement,but the improvement ability of the traditional Chinese medicine combined with self-blood group was better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group or the self-blood group.5.In terms of the reduction of serum total IgE level,both the TCM group and the TCM combined with autologous blood group could significantly reduce serum total IgE level after treatment.6.In terms of recurrence rate,the recurrence rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 40%,the recurrence rate of the self-blood group was 50%,and the recurrence rate of the traditional Chinese medicine combined with self-blood group was 5%.7.In terms of safety,no significant adverse reactions occurred in the three groups,indicating that the treatment method used in this study was relatively safe.Conclusions: Shufeng huoxue decoction combined with acupoint autologous blood therapy is better than traditional Chinese medicine or autologous blood alone in the treatment of chronic urticaria with wind-heat and blood stasis,and can significantly reduce the recurrence rate and serum total IgE level,showing obvious advantages in the improvement of various symptoms,and no obvious adverse reactions were found in the treatment process.Therefore,this study confirmed that the combination of Shufeng huoxue decoction and acupoint autologous blood therapy for the treatment of chronic urticaria of wind-heat plus blood stasis is an effective method,and its cost is low,safe and reliable,worthy of promotion.
