Clinical Observationg On The Treatment Of Yang Deficiency And Cold Coagulation Syndrome In Denegeration Lumbar Spinal Stenosis With Jiaweisini Decoction

Research objective: To confirm the efficacy and safety of jiaweisini decoction in treating degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis with Yang deficiency and cold coagulation to confirm by this clinical observation.Research method: All the 58 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 29 cases each.In the treatment group,29 patients were treated with jiawei sini decoction.Celecoxib capsules were used in the control group of 29 patients.VAS score,JOA score and TCM syndrome grading quantitative score were performed on the subjects before treatment and at the second week of treatment.Finally,statistical analysis,summarize the conclusion.Research results: There was no significant statistical difference in VAS score,JOA score,claudication score,TCM syndrome score and general information(gender,age,course of disease)between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,there was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group in the improvement of VAS score and JOA score(sujective symptoms score?clinical signs score)(P > 0.05),but the treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of ADL score and TCM syndrome score(P < 0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the difference in the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Research conclusion: Jiawei sini decoction can effectively relieve the pain of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis patients with Yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome,improve symptoms such as intermittent claudication,and more effectively improve patients with limb chills and cold and other symptoms of Yang deficiency and improve the ability of daily life,clinical application is worth promoting.
