Clinical Observation Of Shenqi Decoction Combined With Danggui Sini Decoction In Treating Yang Deficiency And Cold Coagulation Syndrome Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropath

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenqi decoction and Danggui Sini decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients with yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome,and further evaluate the clinical efficacy and clinical application value of Shenqi decoction and Danggui Sini decoction by analyzing data,so as to provide objective evidence for further clinical application and promotion of Shenqi pill and Danggui Sini decoction.Methods: 80 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine were divided into 2 groups with 40 patients in each group by random number table.Two groups of subjects were treated with conventional general therapy.Blood glucose,blood lipid and blood pressure maintained a stable level.The control group was given mecobalamin tablets(500ug,Tid),while the treatment group was given Shenqi decoctioncombined with Danggui Sini decoction(150ml,Bid)for 12 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,Toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS score),nerve conduction velocity and other observation data before and after treatment were recorded.Through the objective analysis and comparison of the recorded and collected data by using statistical software,the clinical efficacy and application value of Shenqi decoction and Danggui Sini Decoction in treating yang deficiency and cold coagulation diabetic peripheral neuropathy were further analyzed.Results: 1.comparison of clinical efficacy of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and that of the control group was 62.5%.the difference between the two groups was statistically significant p < 0.05,indicating that the improvement degree of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group in improving the clinical efficacy of TCM syndromes.2.comparison of TCM syndrome points: the intra-group comparison between the treatment group and the control group after treatment is all p < 0.05,indicating that both groups can improve the clinical symptoms of TCM after treatment.The comparison between the two groups after treatment showed that after treatment,the clinical symptoms of the treatment group(numbness of limbs;cold pain at the end of limbs;mental fatigue and laziness;weakness of waist and knees;chills and chills)were better than that of the control group;the change of tongue was not significant.3.improvement of Toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS score): theintra-group comparison between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(p < 0.05)shows that the scores of the two groups of patients after treatment are lower than before.The comparison between the treatment group and the control group after treatment showed that the score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(p < 0.05).4.effect on nerve conduction velocity: the intra-group comparison between the treatment group and the control group after treatment is p < 0.05,and the common peroneal nerve(MCV,SCV)and tibial nerve(MCV,SCV)of the two groups have improved after treatment.After treatment,the comparison between the treatment group and the control group showed that the improvement degree of common peroneal nerve(MCV,SCV)and tibial nerve(MCV,SCV)in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).5.Safety comparison: There were no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment process of the observed subjects.No abnormalities were found in the general vital signs,fasting and 2-hour postprandial blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram examination of the observed subjects before and after treatment.Conclusion: Shenqi decoction combined with Danggui Sini decoction has significant clinical effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients with yang deficiency and cold coagulation,and can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients and increase the nerve conduction velocity.Its clinical curative effect is remarkable,its safety is good,and its application value is high.It is worthy of further research and wide clinical application.
