Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Suzi Jiangqi Decoction In The Treatment Of Phlegm-turbidity Lung Syndrome In Acute Exacerbation Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective:To use Jiawei Suzi Jiangqi Decoction to treat patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)with phlegm-turbidity lung syndrome.The changes of TCM syndrome score,serum alveolar surfactant protein D(SP-D)and procalcitonin(PCT)were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Suzi Jiangqi Decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with phlegm-turbidity lung syndrome,and explore its mechanism of action,which provides provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the project design,68 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected.Randomly divided into treatment group and control group,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated standardized Western medicine as per the 2019 GOLD guidelines.The treatment group was treated with decoction plus Suzi Jiangqi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 14 days.The esearcher organized and statistically analyzed the data by means of observing the changes of TCM syndrome scores,serum alveolar surfactant protein D(SP-D)and procalcitonin(PCT)before and after treatment in both groups.Result:1.After statistical analysis,there was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(gender,lung function grade,age,course of disease,smoking history)(P>0.05).2.The total clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group is 90.91%,the total effective rate of the control group is 80.65%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P <0.05).3.TCM syndrome points:Total score of TCM syndromes: Comparison within the group: The total score of TCM syndromes of both groups decreased significantly(P <0.01);Difference between groups: The decrease of the total score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).TCM single symptom score: comparison within the group: the treatment group can significantly improve the individual symptoms of TCM after treatment(P <0.01);the control group can significantly improve the symptoms of patients cough,sputum,wheezing,chest tightness,abdominal distension,fatigue,fatigue(P<0.01),and it has an improvement effect on wind and spontaneous sweating(P <0.05);comparison of differences between groups:after treatment in the treatment group,in terms of cough,expectoration,wheezing,abdominal distension,fatigue,fatigue and wind and spontaneous sweat,the improvement is better than the control group,which makes sense in statisticst(P <0.05).In terms of chest tightness,the two groups had the same effect(P> 0.05).1.Inflammation index: comparison within the group: the serum SP-D and PCT of the two groups after treatment were obviously lower than that before treatment(P <0.01);thedifference between the groups: the reduction of serum SP-D & serum PCT in treatment group after treatment is greater than that of the control Group(P<0.01)&(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The conventional curative effect of Western medicine combined with Jiawei Suzi Jiangqi Decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with phlegm-turbidity lung syndrome is better than conventional Western medicine treatment alone,which can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life further.2.Jiawei Suzi Jiangqi Decoction can reduce airway inflammation of patients in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with phlegm-turbidity lung syndrome,and exert airway and lung protection,and improve the body's inflammatory response,synergistic anti-infection,effective reduce the patient's serum SP-D and PCT levels.
