Objective: Through randomized controlled design and conventional western medicine oral therapy,a comparative study on the clinical efficacy of acupuncture method of TiaoGan ShengYangYiQi in the treatment of neurological tinnitus provides an effective evidence-based evidence for the treatment of neurological tinnitus. Methods: 60 patients with neurogenic tinnitus diagnostic criteria were selected according to the principle of single-blind,randomized,and controlled scientific research. The patients were numbered according to the order of the patients. The computer software SPSS22.0 was used to assign the numbers randomly according to the ratio of 1:1.Divided into treatment group of 30 cases(the group of acupuncture method of TiaoGanShengYangYiQi)and control group of 30 cases(conventional western medicine group),observed and recorded the tinnitus severity grade distribution and score, tinnitus disability before and after treatment in both groups of patients.Table grade distribution and scores,Hamilton Anxiety Scale scores,Hamilton Depression Rating Scale, adverse events, and safety evaluations.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the duration, age, gender and location of ear between the treatment group and the control group before treatment.2.The grade distribution and score of the severity of tinnitus: there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable. After treatment, the tinnitus severity distribution and score were improved in two groups, but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.3.Tinnitus disability rating scale distribution and score: there was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group in the level distribution and score of the tinnitus disability scale before treatment. There was no statistical difference(P>0.05),which was comparable. After treatment, there was a significant difference in the distribution of tinnitus disability scale between two groups, and between the score group and the control group. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.4.The Hamilton Anxiety Depression Scale score: two groups of patients before treatment the Hamilton Anxiety Depression Scale scores are not statistically significant,P>0.05,comparable.After treatment, there was a statistical difference in the treatment group,P<0.05,but there was no statistical difference in the control group, and P>0.05.5.Comparing the results of overall curative effect: treatment group 30 cases,7 cases were cured,13 cases markedly effective,6 cases effective,4 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 86.67%;the control group of 30 cases,1 cases were cured,8 cases markedly effective,10 cases effective,11 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 63.33%;the total effective rate of treatment group than the control group(P<0.05),significant differences exist. Conclusion:Acupuncture method of TiaoGanShengYangYi Qi and routine western medicine oral treatment of nervous tinnitus have curative effect, but the treatment group than the control group, and to alleviate the anxiety and depression symptoms, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Consider the curative effect of the group of acupuncture method of Tiao GanShengYangYiQi is obviously superior to conventional western medicine from the short-term curative effect, side effect and safety. But the exact effect still requires a multi-center,high-quality,large scale test to verify support.
