types that affect college girls'dysmenorrhea in this area.In order to provide basic research basis for the prevention and treatment of dysmenorrhea. Methods:Design a unified questionnaire,at the same time using"The 41 item short version of constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire",and the method of combining field survey and network survey was adopted, cluster random sampling method was used to carry out questionnaire survey on female students who voluntarily accepted the survey in some colleges and universities in Kunming.Collected and sorted out the contents of the questionnaire, and 182 patients(33.6%);moderate dysmenorrhea in 329 patients(60.7%);31 patients with severe dysmenorrhea(5.7%).2.The age range of dysmenorrhea in this survey ranged from 11 to 23 years old,and the age of dysmenorrhea?18 years old was more(83.58%),with the largest proportion(20.8%)having dysmenorrhea at the menarche. In 67.7%of the girls with dysmenorrhea, the pain occurred in the first day to the second day of menstruation, accounting for the largest proportion. The duration of dysmenorrhea in 49.6%girls was 2 days. The most common pain was a drop pain of 30.4%.Pain and soreness of waist(frequency:275)is the most common accompany symptom except pain in the lower abdomen.Among the factors that girls with dysmenorrhea thought could induce or aggravate dysmenorrhea,"raw and cold diet"appeared the most frequently(444).In the way of relieving dysmenorrhea,"hot compress abdomen"appeared the most(frequency:409).3.The age range of the respondents in this survey is from 17 to 27 years old, with the origin of students mainly in southwest China(82.6%).The menarche age range is 10 to 16years;there is no obvious bias in the menstrual cycle and menstrual period, which are mostly in the normal range(cycle 21 to 35 days,586 people;within 7 days menstrual period,731 people). The number of people with moderate menstrual volume was the most(82.0%),the number of menstrual color with bright red was the most(49.6%),and the number of menstrual texture was mainly with blood clots(45.7%)and normal(36.9%).4.In this survey,78.1%of girls often stay up late. The highest number of girls were barely exercise(37.5%).In terms of diet, more regular diners(59.7%);in 83.9%of the respondents, there were multiple types of dietary preferences;among the types of dietary preferences, the spicy ones were the most(577).5.The main types of TCM physique of 794 subjects were single constitution(93.8%),with a small number of mixed constitution(6.2%).In the single constitution, the moderate quality was less(2.1%)and the biased constitution was more(97.9%).In the biased constitution,188 people were yang deficiency qualities, accounting for the largest proportion(23.7%),followed by blood stasis(15.9%),qi stagnation(13.7%),yin deficiency(13.0%),dampness and heat(11.6%),qi deficiency(8.1%),phlegm and humidity(5.6%),and especial constitution(0.3%).6.The constitutions of 542 dysmenorrhea subjects were mainly:yang deficiency(128),qi stagnation(84)and blood stasis(83).Mild dysmenorrhea was dominated by yin deficiency(34 people),the secondary ones are yang deficiency(28 cases)and qi deficiency(24 cases);the majority of moderate dysmenorrhea was yang deficiency(91 cases),followed by blood stasis(61 cases)and qi stagnation(56 cases).Severe dysmenorrhea is only found in six types of constitution, which are deficiency of yang, deficiency of yin, stagnation of qi,deficiency of qi,dampness and heat, and blood stasis. The difference of physical constitution distribution between dysmenorrhea and non-dysmenorrhea population was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of pain was statistically different between groups, and there were statistically significant(P<0.05)qi deficiency, yang deficiency, yin deficiency, and blood stasis.7.In this survey,in the comparison of the distribution of factors between the dysmenorrhea population and the non-dysmenorrhea population, there was no statistically significant difference in age, menstrual cycle, menstrual period, menstrual volume, menstrual color, sleep habits, exercise frequency, and regular meals(P>0.05),the differences of origin, quality and diet were statistically significant(P<0.05).8.In this survey, age, menarche age, menstrual volume, exercise frequency and grade of dysmenorrhea have no grade correlation(P>0.05);meridian color, menstrual quality, and number of dietary preferences are positively correlated with the severity of dysmenorrhea(r_s>0,P<0.05),the time difference between the age of dysmenorrhea and the age of menarche and the age of dysmenorrhea were negatively correlated with the degree of dysmenorrhea(r_s<0,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the degree of dysmenorrhea between the birthplace, menstrual cycle, menstrual period and regular meals(P>0.05);there were statistically significant differences in sleep habits, types of dietary preferences(acidic, thermophilic, and salty),and the mother's history of dysmenorrhea between the groups of dysmenorrhea and pain(P<0.05).Conclusion1.The incidence of dysmenorrhea among college girls in Kunming is higher, with moderate dysmenorrhea most, followed by mild dysmenorrhea and severe dysmenorrhea.2.The factors related to the onset of dysmenorrhea are:the source of birth, menstrual textures, and dietary preferences,of which the source of birth is central China the incidence of dysmenorrhea is lowest, normal menstrual textures and bland diet are protective factors for the onset of textures, sleep habits, dietary preference, mother's history of dysmenorrhea, the time difference between the age of dysmenorrhea and the age of menarche, the age of dysmenorrhea, among them, the darker the meridian, the thicker the meridian, the greater the number of dietary preferences, the smaller the time difference between the age of dysmenorrhea and the age of menarche, the degree of pain is more serious;accustomed to early sleep, not acidophilic, not thermophilic, the older the dysmenorrhea occurs, the mother has no history of dysmenorrhea, and the pain is less severe.4.The susceptibility constitution of college female students to dysmenorrhea in Kunming is qi stagnation constitution;yang deficiency quality,qi stagnation quality and blood stasis quality are the predilection constitution of dysmenorrhea for college girls in Kunming area.5.Among female college students in Kunming, the constitution of qi deficiency, yang deficiency, yin deficiency and blood stasis are correlated with dysmenorrhea;qi deficiency mainly manifests as mild dysmenorrhea;yang deficiency is mainly manifested in moderate to severe dysmenorrhea;yin deficiency is mainly manifested in severe
